I really love eylul such a strong character. It's so inspiring. I too want to be like her. Very strong and courageous. In all the other dramas mostly women are portrayed as an innocent, emotional character but this drama is totally different and I love it.

Korean original is much better. She spend more time with her grandma,more time for them to develop relationship,and so she was deeply hurt when grandmother died due to doctors mistake. Fighting scenes are done much better,you can’t beat Koreans in that. And they do the best scenes,visually again you can’t beat them. And they changed the lines as well,Korean words have much deeper meaning. Overall Heartbeat is ok but nothing in comparison to Doctors.
