this is nothing, i floored my friends 3sgte, and the car steered hard right onto oncoming traffic, i never experienced torque steer in my life until that day. fucking fantastic
I notice the torque steer in mine but it's never enough that you have to actually fight with it - I actually really enjoy the little tug it gives my hands like "Hey, pay attention now, we're about to be going fast" haha
+MarkCup70 I must say that is more than acceptable. You sometimes hardly even have torque steer with your foot pinned on the gas. Great video I always thought the torque steer was more. They seem to have fixed that
@@MarkCup70 did you had tourqe steer when it was stock. I bought one yesterday and it had tourqe steer. It pulled a little bit too the left when I floored it
You can get a greater result by keeping revs slightly above the peak torque, usually 4k rpm is a good for ir, 1st gear on but foot down on the clutch. Just quickly release clutch and you'll have an orgasmic torque steering even on sub 150hp lightweight FWD cars. But NEVER try this way with your hands off the wheel, it will spin right round like a record, no pun intended.

Exactly, just enough to keep you on your toes!

@@MarkCup70 and did your traction control light got on?
It was always a bit lively but controllable, even when standard.
fixed by keeping your hands gripped on the steering wheel. i could see a big issue if you had no power steering.

Youll wreck if you're not careful
Hilarious! My Golf GTI Edition 30 is similar
Haha wtf
My God why he even have a turbo on it if it's only going to be producing one pound of boost that's pathetic
@@geebee5689 1 bar = 15lbs of boost
