    White Korma
    Ingredients for Onion Paste:
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Onion (Sliced) 1 cup
    Garlic cloves 4-5
    Ginger pods 4-5
    Green chilies 2-3
    Ingredients for Almond Cashew Nut Paste:
    Almonds (soaked & peeled) 1 cup
    Cashew nuts 1/2 cup
    Water as required
    Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
    Chicken 1 kg
    NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt 1 pack
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Ingredients for White Korma:
    Oil 1/2 cup
    Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
    Green cardamoms 4-5
    Black peppercorns 1 tsp
    Cloves 6-7
    Salt 1 tsp
    White pepper powder 1 tsp
    Black pepper powder 1 tsp
    Almond cashew nut paste 1/2 cup
    Green chilies (sliced) for garnishing
    Ginger (julienne) for garnishing
    Directions for Onion Paste Preparation:
    1. In a pan heat oil and add onion, garlic, ginger and cook until onion gets soft.
    2. Transfer it to a blender and add green chilies. Blend until a smooth paste has
    formed. Your onion paste is ready. Set aside.
    Directions for Almond Cashew Nut Preparation:
    3. In a blender add almonds, cashew nuts, water and blend it well into a smooth
    paste. Your Almond Cashew Nut Paste is ready.
    Directions for Chicken Marination:
    4. In a bowl add chicken, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt, lemon juice, salt and mix it
    well. Marinate the chicken for 15-20 mins. Set aside.
    Directions for White Korma Preparation:
    5. In a pot heat oil and add cumin seeds. Sizzle for a few seconds.
    6. Add green cardamoms, black peppercorns, cloves and sizzle for another min.
    7. Add onion paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
    8. Add chicken and cook until chicken changes color. Cover and cook for 10-15
    mins.
    9. Now add salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder and cook for 4-5
    mins.
    10.Add almond cashew nut paste and cook for 2-3 mins or until chicken is fully
    done.
    11.Dish it out and garnish with green chilies, ginger and serve. Your White Korma
    is ready.
    Preparation time: 15 mins
    Cooking time: 25-30 mins
    Servings: 3-4
