Have you had allergy testing? I found out alot of my issues are preservatives and thickners. My food allergies list have grown as I've gotten older, the doctor says that also has to do with age .... I'm 64. I always keep benadryl in my purse when we're out because what didn't bother me yesterday does today .... good luck with your research. Merry Christmas dear one!!

I recently found out that plastic cutting boards are super bad for our health. They mess with our hormones etc. When u cut on a plastic board, tiny pieces of plastic will get into our meat and veggies. It is better to use wood or glass only, so I will be switching. BTW thanks for the motivation!
Hi, l feel for you, l started getting digestive issues a good few years ago, lm one mark off being a celiac, l really found it hard, l also found out l cant have olive oil, it makes me feel so sick, strange how the body works isnt it??? Im sure it'll work out for you. My husband is on board with the same plan lm on, he doesn't have gluten free bread for instance but it does work for us. Good luck and have a merry merry Christmas 🎁🎄
