I am still doing babysteps but instead of decluttering in zone 4, I was motivated by your quilting videos to tackle my room that is suppose to be my office/scrapbooking/pictures/Family memorabilia from parents/ Family history/sewing/quilting though I have only done simple tops which I never finished/ room! I want to get out my sewing machine! 😳 Now it might take awhile to get things to the point I can!

I appreciate even though you didn't have the correct Keurig coffee ~ You forged ahead. Even though karate was cancelled, you made the most of that extra time. Even though your job and income changed, you're back 'On Top'. Isn't it funny when our vanity is bare and drawers are clean & sparse, we can still have EVERYTHING that's most important? You made me laugh so much on this video talking to yourself out loud. I 100% agree with you. My younger daughter & family lived & worked in England for 16 years. Absolutely loved going over to visit. She liked the Boots No. 7 products too. I laughed when you talked about Le Goute for afternoon snack. In England it is "pudding", no matter whether it is cookies, cake, etc.

Fyi the hairdryer curling iron all you have to do is twist the ring between the attachment and the dryer itself to lock it. It should still be good. I absolutely love mine. But if you think it is not worth keeping for yourself, definitely let it go.

You can use the flat iron for a quick iron of a clothing item. ;) Awesome job getting rid of stuff. You have definitely got into a good habit!
Hi Sophia, I Chop the parsley and cilantro I have left from my dishes and put it i the freezer, it is great on cooked dishes so now I never throw any out and it keeps for a couple of months Thanks for the videos

Loved the pic of the Victorian lamp shade. I love, love the Victorian era decor. The Victorian era people were fascinating people who filled their lives and homes with so much ornate beauty and decor inside and out. I have tried to incorporate some of the Victorian accents in my home and in the garden. Even though my home is a Cape Cod, these Victorian accents and some French country seem to live together very well. I don't follow decorating trends at all. I try to stick with warm colors, ornate designs and things that make me feel good when I look at them. I do have some white walls, but I think people have gone way too far with the color white. White is impersonal, cold and sterile looking. In a bathroom or even a dark laundry room is fine, but people are slathering their entire homes with white which would drive me crazy. LOL Great vid Sophia.

I think your home is just perfect -- a great balance of antique and new, practical and sentimental. I miss my childhood [jr high they h.s.] home beyond words to describe. It was built in 1870 -- not a typo. It fit our little family bacl in the 1960s, and our 1800s antique furniture perfectly. We were not cluttery folks but any antique collections [Limoge china, actual sterling, etc. -- we actually used]. Fifty years later I now have all the deceased relatives worldly belongings and did not wwant to give them away but had to because I was forced to live in a 1960s tract house [yukky] for decades and nothing from the 1800s is appropriate in a mid century crackerbox. Yes, vintage homes, even in good condition, are a lot more work to maintain, but oh so worth it.

Le Chiffre....as in James Bond Villain. All our pets are named after JB villains. Elektra Is our second dog. And our cat was Vesper.
I use to stock up on shaving cream but I use one for the whole year so I usually buy two and share it with my husband, well he insist so we don't have two diff kind and he said it works just as good on his face. Lol so maybe you and Scott can share shaving cream.
I use to stock toiletries for months until I found out that most plastics will begin to break down after 1 year, and leach toxins into the product.
