That looked absolutely AMAZING! The only thing I would have done different, I would have fried that pineapple. It goes all crispy and caramelised and is absolutely delicious! I loved that you added the carrot, and of course, it would be nothing without the beetroot. Guess what I'm making this weekend?!

Watching him assemble the sandwich is like watching a really good adu-t film and then when he slaps on the pineapple ring is like when the cameraman zooms in on the dude's O face just before he finishes. Still a Bomb sandwich I'm sure!

I always put Worcestershire Sauce on top of steak plus a sprinkle of oregano. Makes a massive difference in the flavour.
