Loved this season far better than season 1. The chemistry that Simone and Jonathan share is unbelievable. We need more of them in season 3

Season 2 is excellent,... I agree with what everyone has said, the sexual chemistry between Simone and Johnathan's characters Kate and Anthony is palpable on screen,... it is so addictive to watch, Iove it,...
I must say that I agree with some of the comments on here I have seen season 2 many times I can recite the the dialogue. Thoroughly enjoying season 2 much more than season 1 the chemistry between Anthony and Kate was amazing that are fantastic actors I just hope we more of them in their happy married life. Roll on season 3 I just love this show ❤❤❤

Love both series though disappointed with the significant changes from the book to create series 2.
I'm so mad they changed the book. They took out scene that would have been so romantic and vital ro Kate and Anthony courtship. The bee scene. Was horrible, the library scene. Took away Kate's fear of storms and him holding her. Oh how that could have been steamy. We didn't get their wedding or wedding night. All these sub plots I hated. I don't mind a few but you took away from the main story!! I did love the chemistry... the almosts ...and that was hot. This was the most romantic book and they took the Romantic story line out of it. I'm just really disappointed.
So, having rewatched the season I kind of understand why they ran the story and modified as they did. I think the bee scene would have not translated to screen well. It reads creepy and would have been panned as illogical and unromantic on screen. They also truncated a lot of the solo K & A scenes I believe because we would have had the consummation of their relationship much earlier in the season and then that would not have aligned well with the storyline progression. I’m think they did better than the book because these writers wrote the script with the global 2022 audience in mind, not a very niche group of a specific group of women only who would have read the JQ novels. I red those novels, I know they weren’t written with me in mind. And for that reason alone I’m enjoying these adaptations much more than I ever could the books.
@@sha2596 I totally het why they changed the bee scene. Makes sense and I was thinking how do they get around this of him not forcing himself on her look. That I get. But boy they missed some hot steamy scene that could have happened in the library.... if they were not doing the she is afraid of storms which I wish they would have as so many people are still these days but they could have had that library scene better. I just hated seeing the step sisters fight over a man. Especially this day and age. I really hated that because those two bonded and were like true sisters and that got ruined. As far as Eloise I hope she is not going to be with the paper boy and she falls in love wither her Sir Philip because Benedict is who marry down in class. And they would not do two stories with same plots.
@@heatherfulwiler1537 I also wanted the storm scene, it was my favorite from the book and I feel Simone and Jonny would have ate it up. And I agree I couldn’t careless about the Featherington family honestly. I want a redo.
They seem to gone out of their way to keep phoebe dynevor out of story just because rege is not there i hate Anthony the book was ok but Simon and daphne made the season i think nexfix got ahead of themselves this show will not last pass 4 season without daphne and rege they need a story about their family and children
