Revolver and Blunderbuss are only available in the Wave Shop.
Revolver is like the better version of Pistol.
Blunderbuss is the better version of Shotgun.

Just keep trying. Eventually, you will get a RNG and clear it.
Alternatively, go replay previous levels to farm up and upgrade your equipments
