Since I only did one session (parts 1-4) with the factory firmware and then updated it to version 2 (to firmware 0.003.117 from the old 0.003.058), I can't really say anything else that it sounds great in my ears and Bank B sounds, which are mostly courtesy of the Synth King, are really nice to play!

Disclaimer: I've never played an original Oberheim, so I can't really compare. I'll play this synth for what it is, based on its own merits. I add some reverb from the mixer and use a Zoom pedal to add some hall reverb, analogish delay and sometimes some phaser to the sounds. And for the synth nerds: parts 1-4 are firmware version 1 (0.003.058) and only after the 1st session did I update to version 2 (0.003.117) beginning from part 5 onwards.
