As an engineer from a reputable institution, I believe that unemployment and the lack of quality employment opportunities are major problems facing young people in India.
I am sorry to disagree with this thought. We have employment opportunities but no skilled labor. Our educational system needs to change, it's not updated.

Employment is an important topic regardless to whatever political party u choose to vote for. In Gujarat, the Govt. introduced "Gyan Sahayak" (11 month contract scheme), which is unfair to students who wanna be teachers. I know that India is growing and everyone needs be competitive but the govt scratched the entire profession( yes one can be a teacher through KVS, NVS etc .) But the govt needs to understand that they should create more stable jobs instead of reducing them.
Govt's priority should be to create an environment for generating jobs, not giving jobs. Giving govt jobs and unwanted vacancies cost govt budget, and it yields literal nothing. Instead, if govt skills youth and make them able to get hired in private sector, that would be more beneficial to the economy

Employment is an important topic regardless to whatever political party u choose to vote for. In Gujarat, the Govt. introduced "Gyan Sahayak" (11 month contract scheme), which is unfair to students who wanna be teachers. I know that India is growing and everyone needs be competitive but the govt scratched the entire profession( yes one can be a teacher through KVS, NVS etc .) But the govt needs to understand that they should create more stable jobs instead of reducing them.

Govt's priority should be to create an environment for generating jobs, not giving jobs. Giving govt jobs and unwanted vacancies cost govt budget, and it yields literal nothing. Instead, if govt skills youth and make them able to get hired in private sector, that would be more beneficial to the economy
