To lose weight at that size they literally reduce their calories by a ton. Weight comes off without even exercising. The less you eat the more your body uses fat as a fuel source.

To the guy in the right in the red and black shorts, I'm so glad to see you realize how hard it is for these people to loose weight, and show show some comparison. No I have never been even close to these people but at 160 lbs and having Graves disease it is extremely difficult for me to loose weight. I work hard and take meds to loose weigh. I was always skinny until my late 20s. It deviated me when I started to gain and couldn't loose. It's a daily struggle. I will get back down to 120lbs it just takes more dedication, and work for someone like me.

My mom makes me feel like I’m overweight since she forces me to workout and says things that make me feel like I’m overweight and makes me not like my body the way it is. I boxed for 2 years she forced me into it at the start and it was supposed to be a thing for us to “bond” since we never have my whole life. But she made me feel uncomfortable just being at the boxing place with her there I wasn’t comfortable so I did it alone and that shit changed my life like I desdass found something I was passionate about and boxing is a good ass workout for people tryna loose weight it really works out everything in your body if you get the right workouts and exercises. You just needa try to find that workout that you can physically do and that you like doing and it’ll be easier for you. I’m not saying shit will be easy easy but just take it step by step I’m proud of everyone tryna work on themselves and get them to the place where they can love their self’s for who they are.
