I know the description clearly says "no requests" but man... I'm definitely not the only one who wants to hear more Bowie Reflex Revisions. This is killer.
I thought The Reflex had done a revision of Let's Dance in the past. But I could be mistaking it for another remix or something, I suppose. I am fairly confident it was The Reflex because they are always the best and quite distinctive. Memory can be a fickle creature however. I am positive there were a few revisions of Stevie Wonder tracks that were on the Reflex's official page that aren't there anymore though. So maybe he sometimes has to take stuff down to copyright or something. Purely speculation though maybe he has permission to make these I am not informed. Whatever the case I believe The Reflex is a musical and musical production genius. Been introduced to so much great music by following what he puts out. This is still one of his best in my opinion.

A shout out to the men who co-created these sounds with David: Earl Slick - Lead Guitarist Carlos Alomar - Rhythm Guitarist Dennis Davis (1949-2016) - Drums George Murray - Bass Geoff MacCormack (then performing as Warren Peace) - Backing Vocals David worked with so many amazing people who don't get as much attention as Ronno (who was a great one, and may he rest in peace). 1975-1982 is my favorite Bowie era, and Dennis, Carlos, and George were on board with him during that time. Those brothers superlatively laid it down in any style David wished to explore.
I like your approach to your remixes. It is almost like you deconstruct the song, highlight the parts of the song that we may have missed, then add back in the best parts of the song. Anyway, l love it.
Where neophyte critics fall shallow in their joust is that you take what the artist created...not adding beats...Kudos to this Bowie reinvention..the despised wail mentioned below is part of Bowie's motif..Loving Bowie since high school and fame. Like how you dropped in that classic whistle ..Lovin it man!! This is art........
Dang! I used to have the stems to this song and lost them when a vicious computer virus wiped out my hard drive. I was going to do a version of it myself, but I don't think I could have done it quite like The Reflex. Great revision!!! Cheers
