- New training PR's on the squat, deadlift, and bench. I am getting closer and closer to joining the 1000 pound club.

Wendler’s 5-3-1 is a great plateau breaker when your progression slows. But dude, this progress is pretty impressive. Reflects a lot of effort and discipline. Great work.

Decline doesn’t count
5 sets of 5 on all lifts for 8 weeks.
Goal is to only hit 3 on the 5th set. So heavy weight that you will fail. Then after you do 5 x 5 you add 5lbs repeat this for 6 months

I'm 17 years old at the bodyweight of 161lbs. I'm at 165lbs with 225 bench. 335 deadlift and 405 squat. Only 35lbs away. Goal is get it before July (when I turn 18) any tips???? And is that impressive for bodyweight???
