UPAS follow up porting to TTGO T-Watch 2020, it works!

Spent weekend porting UPAS firmware to a TTGO T-Watch 2020.
UPAS stack working as is on MEGA2560 & TTGO T-Display.
Working on creating touch screen buttons as inputs, to send commands to main software & other devices.
