The Russian Imperial Romanov family (Nicholas II of Russia, his wife Alexandra Feodorovna, and their five children: Olga, Tatiana, Maria, Anastasia, and Alexei) were shot and bayoneted to death by Bolshevik revolutionaries under Yakov Yurovsky on the orders of the Ural Regional Soviet in Yekaterinburg on the night of 16-17 July 1918. Also murdered that night were members of the imperial entourage who had accompanied them: court physician Eugene Botkin; lady-in-waiting Anna Demidova; footman Alexei Trupp; and head cook Ivan Kharitonov. The bodies were taken to the Koptyaki forest, where they were stripped, buried, and mutilated with grenades to prevent identification. Following the February Revolution in 1917, the Romanovs and their servants had been imprisoned in the Alexander Palace before being moved to Tobolsk, Siberia, in the aftermath of the October Revolution. They were next moved to a house in Yekaterinburg, near the Ural Mountains before their execution in July 1918. The Bolsheviks initially announced only Nicholas's death;for the next eight years, the Soviet leadership maintained a systematic web of misinformation relating to the fate of the family, from claiming in September 1919 that they were murdered by left-wing revolutionaries, to denying outright in April 1922 that they were dead. The Soviets finally acknowledged the murders in 1926 following the publication in France of a 1919 investigation by a White émigré but said that the bodies were destroyed and that Lenin's Cabinet was not responsible. The Soviet cover-up of the murders fuelled rumors of survivors. Various Romanov impostors claimed to be members of the Romanov family, which drew media attention away from activities of Soviet Russia.

Oh how I wish they could have escaped. It’s horrific what was done to them😭‼️
The Russian Imperial Romanov family (Nicholas II of Russia, his wife Alexandra Feodorovna, and their five children: Olga, Tatiana, Maria, Anastasia, and Alexei) were shot and bayoneted to death by Bolshevik revolutionaries under Yakov Yurovsky on the orders of the Ural Regional Soviet in Yekaterinburg on the night of 16-17 July 1918.
I don't doubt that the girls were all raped before there was killed. No telling what monstrosity stay suffered before they died. All because the love 4 power!
KARMA IS AROUND WHAT YOU DO COMES BACK TO YOU !!!
Kurtarılmış olmalarını diliyorum hayal işte gerçekler hayallerle ortaya çıkıyor
Hey would it be possible for you to re up load the lost prince again please?
Unfortunately, we cannot do that because BBC has asked UA-cam to remove it from our channel. Sorry!

7:26 that’s so fucking evil.
C'est bien dommage que ces si intéressants documentaires ne soient pas aussi en français ou en espagnol.
♥️
It looks like this is a movie about the Romanovs in scenes depicted in this documentary. Does anybody have the name of it?
Romanov. A Crowned Family.
Russia 2000.
It's on UA-cam, but only in Russian with subtitles...😢
Sounds like Russia's national alcoholism, vulgarity and brutality carried through to today
Thank you rip romanovs
One of the gards were nice with the family Romanov but not all.
Sick human beings.
Some of the worst in history.
I will never understand God. They needed God's protection more than anything. Why would God leave them to be tortured by commoners till their murder?
I hate that the kids were killed but I don’t have much sympathy for Nicolás and Alexandra they were warned repeatedly to get rid of Rasputin or your gonna lose your crowns they refused listen and this is what happened it’s sad to say but Nicolás marrying Alexandrea as happy as she made him was the beginning of the end of the dynasty.
There has been talk that we in America have intelligence that two boys were transported on a navel ship from Russia. I do not think this is closed .
I still think it.was maria that escaped. She wasn't herself shy or afraid to flirt . She had those alluring SAUCER EYES. Let's keep in mind, these alluring girls were most definitely virgins . There is a story that a guard had brought her a birthday cake. They also still.had alot of priceless jewelry in their possession. Guards were most certainly acoholics . Easily bribed. Perhaps she was pegnant . The basement execution room was so full of smoke ,it wouldn't have been that hard. And they were all very drunk. There maybe a Romanov offspring out there!!!!
Why is the poxy crap music so loud !!
Having lived in a palace with all the luxuries, the family would have been very uncomfortable in their final abode.
However they adjusted very well to it you gotta admire them for it.
