HI Jesse Ann I like that your taking an extra step with the Dentillium shells I don't file my Dentillium shell's and still have luck without file them down

Thank you for watching and commenting Kathy! Filing dentalium may be an optional step but I like the uniformity it provides. Sometimes these pieces have very jagged edges and I’m afraid they’ll slice my thread!

Thank you so much for watching and commenting TrollOfReason! Keeping that dust down with the water is SUPER IMPORTANT because shell dust is toxic and can really hurt your eyes!

Hello. I was wondering if you still have to wear a mask while using the water? I know the dust can be highly toxic and I'm a beginner with the shells lol

I am definitely not an expert so I would say if you’re comfortable using a mask continue to do so, the water will just help keep the shell dust contained
