What kind of soil, gravel, perlite, sphagnum moss, water type, sunlight, temperature, and care for this beautiful plant. I just purchased one and need additional instruction, please. Thank you for responding.
Beautiful Aloe, these type of plants don’t need much watering but please ensure of headaches making sure that no just overwatering the plant but also that the water drains properly, which I really would like to be able to see here, these types do very well outdoors an areas with lots of sun and some shade, best wishes to this beautiful plant 🪴 💚
Cactus Caffeine Agreed Ana, it was such a relief to see the stem was ok! My grandma loved and collected frogs so I have several that I kept after she passed away they’re so special and I love adding them to my planters Thank you so much for watching and commenting 🌵❤️
I'm so happy I found your channel because my aloe fan has done the exact thing. Had rot or mold, I'm lost with what to do. I'm hoping I can save it. Two of the leaves have come off, so I'm trying to propagate them, we'll see. I have some seeds also, I'm afraid of those too. Any help I can get will help, like the great video you did. There's not much help out there for a Fan Aloe.
How old is this plant? Did you buy it that size? I have baby one...I'm just finding out what it is, and b I've had it for 6months. Its time to repot it. What type of pot and soil do you suggest?
Hi there! I bought this over two years ago and it was the size in the video. Since then it has pushed out what will either be branches eventually or pups. I’m still learning how it grows. As for the soil I use a gritting succulent and cactus soil and my pot is ceramic and it seems to be doing well. As long as you keep an eye on your watering and it has a drain hole most pots would work. Sorry about the delayed reply for some reason comments having been showing up. Good luck and thanks for commenting!! 🌵❤️
The Succulent Home It was definitely a relief when I saw it was just mush at the bottom. I will be more careful with watering from now on! Thank you Melissa for watching and commenting!! 🌵❤️
John's succulent room Hey there John yes I’m so glad I decided to check out the rot. Can’t believe how much I overwatered it. That was bad But no more. I hope she does much better now Thank you so much for watching and commenting 🌵❤️
@@nattyssucculentlife8462 hey natty I've done that many of times and have lost alot of my succulents 🙈 it's so hard to overwatered them,I'm still learning Haha look forward till the next video, most get a new video up on my channel soon haven't done one on months, take care 💚🌵🌺
Hi! How is yours doing now? For some reason comments have not been showing up in my feed I’m so sorry I took so long to reply! Hope yours is doing ok! Did it keep twisting? Thanks for watching and commenting!! 🌵❤️
Hi! Mine has started having several new growth points coming out of where the original leaves were. I’m wondering if they will turn into branches or are pups. This is new to me as well. As for the soil I used a gritting cactus and succulent soil mix. Now it seems to be doing pretty good. I hope yours is doing well. So sorry it took so long to reply!!! Good luck 🌵 ❤️
@Natty’s Succulent Life I've seen them from UA-cam they grow in crevices on mountains in Africa quite beautiful they do have branches like a plumira tree I live in zone 8 in TX I had to pluck it out of ground and will have to wait till our cool weather subsidies.

@@nattyssucculentlife8462 I've watched videos.. this plant can grow like a tree over years!!
This is beautiful, but the humidity is higher because of the peat moss around which you add sand or clay
It’s beautiful and doesn’t look bad at all to me but I know how cautious we are with them😍

Does it give pups or can I propagate?
I dont think it can leaf propagate but it gives pups the same way aloe vera does.
