Piano newbie here. For a piece like this, is it all memorized or sheet music sight reading? Can an expert pianist play like this just from the sheet music in one or few tries?

It's most likely memorized to have it at performance level and not all pianists are experts in sightreading, even if they are, they scan through the piece and play a roough sketch of how it'll sound, idt they could play what's exactly written on their first trry

This video doesn’t have near the energy level of aSongScout or Kyle Landry (who does an amazing job with his arrangement). This version is good. I could never play this but just seeing two hands loses a lot of emotion for a powerful song.
