I was caught in the same shoes just like you. I do not only watch porn but also masturbates as well. It was a terrible thing I wanted to let go buh I couldn't on my own. And so I prayed to God saying, You're the only One who can deliver me from this except You don't want and wants to me continue in this thing that displeases You. It's either you save me from it and if you can't, forgive me, then kill me and let me be with you in paradise. To my greatest surprise, God answered my prayer request and now porn and masturbation became a thing of the past.
Porn is wrong because you are glorifying the flesh. You are imagining those things and jesus says of you imagine doing something that is wrong then you are sinning. Some strongholds can only be broken through prayer and fasting. Get rid of anything that is tempting you and take it one day at a time, whenever you are tempted remove yourself from the temptation leave the room, switch Off the device pray and read the bible instead. You can do all things through christ that strengthen you.
Pray - Lord God, I give you my body as a living sacrifice. Holy acceptable to you. I surrender myself to you completely and totally, do with me as you choose. Therefore, renew my mind, cleanse me, heal me, sanctify me in Jesus name, (Roman's 12:1-2).
