Sometimes when I can't stop thinking at night, I imagine in my head you telling me that I'm over thinking and it's not good for me, and that I should be calm and not worry of a single thing. It helped my anxiety pass and allow me to sleep. You always have positive energy and are supportive. I can't thank you enough for bringing some very positive changes into my life once I found you and ASMR in 2012.

I hope you enjoy your stay 💜 you should try ASMR in the search bar, there are loads and loads of ASMR content creators and you'll get to find out your "triggers" (what relaxes you and what doesn't), after a while you may even learn how to get tingles (why the asmr community was founded), a pleasurable tingling or buzzing physical sensation in the scalp/head/travels through your spine/body, it's relaxing and why most people watch asmr (because they feel the relaxing sensation), although not everyone can experience them. take a look around our community and I'm sure you'll have fun 😊 ASMR is so healing and helpful, from helping babies to ptsd military veterans sleep to helping during labour to helping anxiety/panic attacks/depression, it really is wonderful, truly an amazing slice of the internet 💜

I don't know how else to describe your whisper - it pierces my face and my brain and dissipates into tingles. It doesn't sound relaxing, but it is a mighty battle trying to stay awake for the whole video. Regardless of the time of day, it has the same effect on me. I know you put a tonne of effort into your technique and production, but I also think you have a natural affinity for ASMR, and I'm so darn glad you found it.

All of the blue apron videos I’ve seen from Maria have been vegetarian recipes, I know she wasn’t one last time I checked and I think it’s really nice that she purposely chooses meatless recipes for these videos. So thoughtful and a super relaxing video as always ❤️
