Hi there! New to inclusive resorts! Im a maid honor and taking the bride to be here in April of next year! Watching your video, I’m amazed. I can’t seem to get a straight answer on everything that’s included with your stay
Great video! Going there next week! Was wondering if there were night clubs there?
Amazing!! I'm excited for you!
No night clubs at the resort unfortunately. There is a sports bar located on the 2nd floor right above the theatre tho if that interests you
Was the nightly entertainment mostly singing and dancing? Wondering if they do a fire show or glow show, or maybe a magic show. Thanks. Excellent video.
Thanks for the feedback :)
From what I observed, the nightly entertainment was mostly singing and dancing. I don't recall there being any different types of shows. They do have games and a live DJ playing near the beach for the morning entertainment however
@@joseph.bondoc Thank you, sir.
How was the beach? Did they're have waiter staff bringing food?
The beach was great. They have trucks cleaning up the seaweed when it starts to pile up. They also have people bring food or drinks over to you once you placed your order at the kiosk
Hi! Is the music loud all around the resort? Are there any less loud areas without music? Thx!!
Hi Katie! Nope there’s areas in the resort that’s a lot calmer. What you see in the videos only happens at specific areas at designated times.
Did you enjoy your time there? We just booked our trip for Feb. Would you say it would be ok for teens? How was food overall? How was the beach?
I loved my time there. I think you guys will too. The place is suited for teens too. The building that the main coffee store is on, has a teens area just upstairs that has ping pong, xbox, switch, board games and pool.
The food was better than I expected. With the amount of variety that they have you'll definitely find something that will cater to you guys.
The beach was good. The sand was really soft and it wasn't too dirty and there were trucks that came often to clean the seaweeds so overall you can't go wrong with your choice :)
Was there any basketball or tennis courts?
Is the all inclusive for food include all the a la carte restaurants? The website is unclear. Is the food for room service included also?
Hey Nancee! Yes they’re all included as well as the room service. However there are VIP spots or privilege spots that are not included unless you bought it as part of your package. But most of the à la carte restaurants are included!!
Is the drink included from the bars?
Yes!! :)
I am not a fan of heat and humidity... was the AC cold in all of their indoor spaces? The last resort in Cancun I stayed at, the entire resort was very warm.
I’m the same way. In that case I would definitely say it’s not cold but I wouldn’t go to say that it’s very warm where you’re sweating even in the indoor spaces. I was comfortable and not sweating especially when eating. However, we also went in December where it might not have been as hot as the other month so that might definitely have played a role as well
How many bathrooms in the family suite? Is the sofa in the living room a sofa bed? Thank you
There's only one bathroom (one toilet, one shower, two sinks) and yes the living room is a sofa bed as well :)
@@joseph.bondoc thank you!
Is there a pizza grill on 5th ave?
Yeap it’s called Toscana. It’s an à la carte restaurant that’s open during lunch and dinner. You might need to make a reservation to eat there
idéal pour des vacances faciles
Highly recommend it 👍🏼
Is the room service an extra fee?
Not at all!! It's actually included in their services. I just tipped them but you're not obligated to.
How much was the taxi ride to the shopping area?
@@omarflores8801 that one I'm not sure as we had someone pick us up from the hotel that was already included in our package. However the popular shopping area (5th avenue) is about an hour and a half away without traffic so it is quite far.
how was the wifi there?
Better than I expected. I was using TikTok and UA-cam and browsing lots of videos and I was able to be on it with minor lag/loading issues from time to time (especially when loading in the beginning) However I don’t know if the connection will be the best if you were there for business and needed to do a video conference call.
@@joseph.bondoc thank you for your response! did you guys go on any excursions? if yes, do you think it's better to book at the resort or online ahead of time? i'm wondering what the prices would be like
It's my pleasure! Yes we did the Mayan Adventure Cancun Zone 5 (Snorkeling tour). In terms of pricing, I don't think there's a huge difference from booking online ahead of time (we booked one month in advance). You might be able to save a couple of dollars but nothing significant from what we observed.
However, from personal experience, I wouldn't book online again. We booked it through Sunwing (flight, hotel, transport, excursion all from their site) and it didn't allow us to choose the date of our booking. So we spent a hour of our second day at the hotel trying to fix that with a representive. We almost didn't get it fixed as it was considered a no show as the date on our ticket was the date of the online purchase. We were lucky that someone there knew of the packages online so he helped us book another tour at a date of our choosing. If he wasn't there, we pretty much would have lost money.
To give you an idea we paid ~285$ Canadian one month before the trip through Sunwing
