Iz*one was a pure gem in the kpop industry. They are known to be one of the most synchronized groups in the field! And not only that, but their concept was really refreshing (kind of elegant but still powerful) and something we do not have much nowadays and that's one of the many reasons why their disbandment was heartbreaking

I know most of them are still active (Eunbi, Chaeyeon, Yena, Le Ssarafim, IVE, etc.) Mnet really missed out not making them permanent. If you have time, definitely check out their dance practices. Iz*one is one of the most synchronised group out there and it is very difficult to achieve that level of synchronisation with that many members. The choreography for their songs are also super pretty and regal.
I have a huge affection and admiration for Iz*One since I discovered them with their first 'Violeta' comeback. Since their disbandment I'm super sensitive to the topic when it comes to them and I love seeing people discovering them after they disbanded because it makes me believe they shouldn't have broken up after the 2 1/2 year contract. But thinking on the other hand, we wouldn't have the girls from Le Sserafim or Ive. I'm glad you reacted to my crystals and I highly recommend you watch Violeta's MV and check out all their dance practices. The girls are the group with the highest sync ever seen in the 4th generation. You will not regret.
Honestly I think you should either do a video reacting to all the girls solo debuts or do multiple videos reacting to each of the girls solo songs and albums. They're so good and talented. She also released songs as a soloist too. Minju as an actress Yujin and Wonyoung redebuted on IVE. They will be having a comeback on April 10. People will have already told you this, but the reason IZ*ONE disbanded is because they were always meant to be a temporary project group. That's how most survival shows work, unless they are ones where every trainee is from the same label (Sixteen or I-Land or No Mercy). But for most of these survival shows, the contestants all come from different labels and agencies, so they can only promote with the temporary groups for a set amount of time. The former Produce series groups only had like a year, IZ*ONE had the longest promotion time up until now, 2 and a half years. Kep1er will have a similar time frame and I assume the Boys Planet group also.

They disbanded because their contract expired (a lot of groups formed in these reality shows have short contracts) and the companies wanted their idols back now that they were popular. It definitely wasn't for a lack of popularity! Out of the 12 members, 4 of them are in two of the biggest girl groups and 4 are great soloists. The 2 other Japanese members went back to their group in Japan and of the 2 last members who were both known as visuals, one of them is now a UA-camr/model and the other is an actress/model. Overall, the IZ*ONE legacy is very strong.

May I add, Chaeyeon and Chaeryeong entered the industry together. Theys started in kpop star as a duo. Then jyp got them to be his trainees, that's how both of them became contestants in Sixteen. Rumor has it that JYP was supposed to debut Chaeyeon in itzy and leave chaeryeong behind cuz he only wants 1 of the girls to debut in 1 group. But Chaeyeon sacrificed her spot by leaving the company and getting signed by WM. And that's how she participated in produce 48 next.

I just finished the video and was crying the entire time. I miss IZONE, they are still my fav gg and I wish they would still exist. I'm so sad yet I love their new groups and debuts and enjoy them as well.

IZONE has a great sound. I love the ending to all of their songs. Always so climatic and dramatic. Sad ending to an awesome group but I know its not the last we'll see of them all being together.

Iz*one is one of the most synchronised group out there and it is very difficult to achieve that level of synchronisation with that many members. The choreography for their songs are also super pretty and regal.

I have a huge affection and admiration for Iz*One since I discovered them with their first 'Violeta' comeback. Since their disbandment I'm super sensitive to the topic when it comes to them and I love seeing people discovering them after they disbanded because it makes me believe they shouldn't have broken up after the 2 1/2 year contract. But thinking on the other hand, we wouldn't have the girls from Le Sserafim or Ive.
I'm glad you reacted to my crystals and I highly recommend you watch Violeta's MV and check out all their dance practices. The girls are the group with the highest sync ever seen in the 4th generation. You will not regret.
Honestly I think you should either do a video reacting to all the girls solo debuts or do multiple videos reacting to each of the girls solo songs and albums. They're so good and talented.
Also the girls vocals you keep pointing out is Jo Yuri, she's also a soloist, my favourite of her songs is "Love Shh"

Since you have noticed some LSRFM/IVE members, heres some other infos:
- Yujin is currently the leader of IVE. She is the hairflip girl in panorama and the one who opens her dress in fiesta prechorus.
- Yuri is our main vocalist who keeps hitting the high notes! Definitely recommending her solo music.
- Yena is the rapper in Secret Story of The Swan and La Vie En Rose. Her solo music is realky good!
- Minju is the girl who is famously known for looking like Tzuyu. Shes currently doing well as an actress!
- Eunbi(leader)is the blonde in Panorama (I think you can point her out in every mv pretty easily). Her solo music has been fantastuc as well!
I would definitely recommend the dance practices! Also the Violeta mv and D-D-Dance mv(which is a promotional single for universe app but its amazing).
"Sequence" performance video is also my first suggestion when it comes to their bsides.

someone probably said this already but produce groups are meant to be temporary ! they promote a certain period of time to gain popularity for the members and after disbandment they go and continue their careers elsewhere with the hope that it pays off and that fans are still interested in their work :D

aw this made me a bit emotional. iz*one disbanded after their contract ended (they were a project group) and they were one of the top selling girl groups during their active period. it was rumoured they would extend their contract because of their popularity however they also had a rigging scandal from their survival show, so it kind of hindered their chances.
iz*one was such a talented group, they used all of their members to their fullest potential when it came to choreography.

Chaeyeon joined a dance crew called Want and they participated on Street Woman Fighter and she debuted as a soloist. She will be having a comeback on April 12.
They are a temporary group from the survival show you just read on the start of their profile, Produce 48. They have a contract of 2 and a half years and after that, they will return to their agencies or groups. There was a talk of a contract extension but some things happened and it didn't went through. So they disbanded on the original date they are supposed to disband. They debuted with La Vie En Rose in October 2018. Followed by Violeta, Fiesta, Secret Story of the Swan, and their last comeback, Panorama. They had another song released after Panorama that is a project song for the Universe app called D-D-Dance. And a Pepsi CF song with 4 of the members participating in it.
Fiesta and the album it is in was actually supposed to be released on November 2019 (if I'm not mistaken) but was postponed because of the rigging controversy on the Produce 101 survival show series. Thankfully, they weren't disbanded earlier than they should have.
I recommend their dance practices because they were called as one of the most synchronized groups of K-pop. Also, their songs are all very good.
Iz*one was formed in produce 48 (a survival show made by mnet) these particular groups made from mnet only have a 2 year contract which means 2 years after their debut, they unfortunately disband

One of the best groups to ever exist. It hurts me so much whenever I remember their disbandment. Fortunately most of them are still in the industry, unfortunately not together.
ok I feel like everyone is already commenting this but IZ*ONE was a project group that was planned for only 2.5 years, after that each girl return to their own company with the hopes of redebut in a new group, as a soloist, be an actress etc... whatever they want to do. They were extremely popular so any group or song that they release after had like really high expectations and that actually helped to promote IVE and Le sserafim at the beginning because they were the groups where Yujin, Wonyoung, Sakura and Chaewon redebuted.
Little Recap:
1- Yujin and Wonyoung redebut in IVE, Yujin is IVE's Leader and wonyoung the center.
2- Chaewon and Sakura redebut in Lesserafim, Chaewon is Le sserafim's leader.
3- Kwon Eunbi the former Iz*one Leader redebuted as a solo artist. She debuted with the song Door, then had a comeback called Glitch, a song for the Universe app called Esper and recently a comeback called underwater. She also participate on the survival show called Girls re:verse and won first place and is going to redebut in that virtual group.
4- Jo Yuri Iz*one's former Main vocal (the one that you liked because of the high notes) also redebut as a solo artist with the song Glassy, then she had a comeback called Love shhh, she also released a song for the app universe called maybe and recently she had her last comeback called loveable. She also had sing some OST for dramas i recommend you the one called Story of us.
5- Choi Yena Iz*one former main rapper and probably their best all rounder also redebut as a solo artist, she debuted with a song called smiley, then had a comeback called Smartphone and recently her last comeback was Love war.
6- Lee Chayeon is cahryeong sister debuted as a solo artist with her song hush rush.
7- Kang Hyewon has been mostly on her youtube channel and doing some variety but she also released and special mini album called winter poem.
8- Kim Minju The one that you said looked like Tzuyu decided to pursuit an cting career, also she was the Music core MC for basically 3 years until she decided to leave recently. Hybe actually tried to get her, they offered her the possibility to redebut in lesserafim with Sakura and Chaewon (before le sserafim debut) but Minju rejected the offer. She said Iz*one will be her first and only group.
9- Yabuki Nako returned to her Japanese grouped HKT48 and she had release some singles with them since then. she recently had her graduation concert meaning she is not longer and hkt48 member, she said she wants to be an actress now.
10- Honda Hitomi also return to her Japanese group HKB48, She had release some singles with them and is an active member of the group.
so that's what happened with the members until now.
All of them are still really popular and I recommend you to check their content. all of them had a lot variety and music content both during I*zone and Post IZ*ONE.

People will have already told you this, but the reason IZ*ONE disbanded is because they were always meant to be a temporary project group. That's how most survival shows work, unless they are ones where every trainee is from the same label (Sixteen or I-Land or No Mercy). But for most of these survival shows, the contestants all come from different labels and agencies, so they can only promote with the temporary groups for a set amount of time. The former Produce series groups only had like a year, IZ*ONE had the longest promotion time up until now, 2 and a half years. Kep1er will have a similar time frame and I assume the Boys Planet group also.

They disbanded because their contract expired (a lot of groups formed in these reality shows have short contracts) and the companies wanted their idols back now that they were popular. It definitely wasn't for a lack of popularity!
Out of the 12 members, 4 of them are in two of the biggest girl groups and 4 are great soloists. The 2 other Japanese members went back to their group in Japan and of the 2 last members who were both known as visuals, one of them is now a UA-camr/model and the other is an actress/model.
Overall, the IZ*ONE legacy is very strong.

IZ*ONE, Kep1er, Wannaone and X1 are all produce groups. They are created from the winners of their respective survival shows (which basically guarantees success). These groups are always somewhere between 2-3 years. As sad as it is we always have to let them go really soon😭😭 I'm not ready for Kep1er to be gone yet ngl.

May I add, Chaeyeon and Chaeryeong entered the industry together. Theys started in kpop star as a duo. Then jyp got them to be his trainees, that's how both of them became contestants in Sixteen. Rumor has it that JYP was supposed to debut Chaeyeon in itzy and leave chaeryeong behind cuz he only wants 1 of the girls to debut in 1 group. But Chaeyeon sacrificed her spot by leaving the company and getting signed by WM. And that's how she participated in produce 48 next.

they're a project group bourne from a competition program 'Produce 48' like someone mentioned before ...and members are from different entertainment companies and thus had limited time contracts as their respective companies want their respective members for their own.. also they're not the first bourne from this project or projects like it as there were groups before them that went through this process as well
