This printer is printing magenta all over each page. Tried cleaning several times and nothing works. Not happy

Garbage - software is 1990s retro unable to setup scan to email or computer file from the printer to PC. Customer support says support for printer closes at 7 pm and only open on weekdays so if you are a commuter your out of luck. Returning this. Scanning image and editing is poor. Go HP. I work IT and never had to contact customer support in my life to setup a printer. Read Amazon and Staples reviews. You will find the same problems being reported.
