Where do you live? At the Walmart I work for. I put in an application last than a hour. They called me and offer me a job. Since everyone is quitting. Walmart is the easiest place to get a job.
@@susblasian1433 Kinda surprised, assuming you applied after the Rona happened and everything. I can almost guarantee that they aren't staffed or anything lol
Y’all are adults talking saying cheap pay but for a teen and that type of pay that’s awesome for us and me personally I wanna work at Walmart because it’s easy and pay more at my age range
Right, for me I started working after I turned 16. I’m currently a sophomore finna be a junior in high school. (I’ve been working for about 4-5 months now, 5days a week for 6 hours a day) I work as a Online order filler. I think that it have been easy for me to juggle work and school, but I guess that just depends on the person. You just have to stay on top of everything and be punctual. I plan on working until I go off to college so for about 2 more years. It’s my first job and I think the pay is well but that’s probably cause I don’t have to pay for anything or pay bills so I just save
Grade doesn't matter to Walmart. They're hiring school kids that are dumb as door knobs. There are alphabet and numbers on each aisles where the items go. They still ask me. All they have to do is scan the items it will tell them. But these dummies all they know is to use their phones for social media.
My 15 year old couldn't find a job this past summer and he spent all summer trying. At least he got some experience from a couple dozen interviews. No one wants 15 year olds, and there is in Illinois a law that really blocks kids from working until 16. Such BS; I learned SO much from my summer jobs as a teen.
RondelayAOK hey I just saw your comment and I had the same issue finding a job when I was around 15/16 years old! I had went into a dollar tree store and had asked about a job and I was told that if I’m underage, I just need to get a working permit from the school I attend! Try that out with wherever your child wishes to work at!

You don't have a walkie talkie. Your phone is to scan prices and location of items. I have seen people work for them for 2 week and then quit. Target and Costco is paying $15. And McDonald's is currently paying $13.50. Why would anyone want to work for Walmart?
It's a good fit for teenagers because they have little to no responsibility and bills to pay for so that paycheck isn't the end of the world where as adults can't live off that expense and need more so it's only natural that you would see teenagers working and little to no adults with experience. The bigger roles keep their jobs while the smaller ones are easily replaced.

What a hell hole walmart is
The homeless move in and there 50 new cameras and violent crime only 1 out of the 3 big door are open . Walmart 60% are food sales
Depending on your position janitorial is the best one to me
I work in the garden center and I love it
Cap 2 is like working at a plantation in the 1600s with pay
Say that to the 20 Walmart jobs I applied for and not getting hired.

When you work for a company you agree to abide by their rules. If u want to work at a place where no one controls you then start ur own company.
