As usual, extensive historical detail described and this property really does have a long history. What a wonderful investigation with fabulous evps, my favourite being 'ghost hunters' describing the team! The final video scene is excellent, showing what appears to be a moving apparition, just wow! I too cannot understand how few subscribers you have when you have caught so much brilliant evidence over the 48 episodes. I've been a big fan since I found your channel earlier this year. 👍🏼

Its a shame someone should do the pub upper floors up and reopen it , instead of just keeping the pub open while the upper floors are falling apart and rotting away..but i supposed they get more money renting it out to ghost teams every night at a good price.
I have to say I enjoyed this,but sad to say that some of ur evps where not good,can't hear what u think its saying and it could be saying anything. U can clear hear somethin but can't hear what some of ur evps are trying to say.but like ur investigations great job!!!
This is not haunted,lots of people say it's cold and it's got a certain vibe but it's not got any ghosts in it most you can hope for and that's residual but so have a lot of old buildings.!?
bollox!class b at best EVPs and the full body apparition at the end? almost exactly the same as the most haunted hoax and one of the easiest to reproduce.

Wow! Those 3d floor daytime EVPs are so clear! (NOT!) That's really stretching things a bit. Wouldn't it have been better to do the walk through before they went and spiritually mucked up the place with the little 1 man seance EVP recording?

At 23:05 it you didn't have that syfy music playing maybe someone might have been able told you what it says!! But not clear enough with that playing to really hear what it says. Even those of us wearing earbuds
