Hey, also got my diagnosis at age 42. Git it about 3 months ago. It´s ADHD and Asperger syndrom. My whole world is collapsing because a huge mountain of assumptions about myself is coming undone and I feel rather disorientated, but I manage. I guess...

Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. I’m sorry you feel so disoriented. It’s a lot to deal with. I think I came to peace with being autistic a while ago, so my diagnosis was really just a formality. Make sure you’re kind to yourself and it’s takes as long as it takes. You’ll get there.
