    Putting a patio in this spring have a couple questions
    How did the pavers hold up to the hot tub? Why 10” of gravel on that side I would have thought for a hot tub you would have used a bigger paver?

      So far they are holding up great! I consulted with a local landscaper who installs patios and he suggested 10" of gravel topped with 1-2 inches of the manufactured sand. The pavers, I searched on the internet and it was thought that a minimum of 2" pavers required. As long as the foundation was solid, size of paver shouldn't matter much.

      @@OutdoorsEngineer most of the info I can find says 4-6 so I was thinking of 5” with 1” sand and a 1” paver, in your opinion would that be sufficient or should I beef it up a little?
