How did you do to add volume to the accessory?

Could you please let me know what do you mean by 'volume'? :)

many thanks for the great video
i somehow have problems after i took the rings out of the freeze they fell together even though i changed them to metal :)

The metal setting only applies to surface. CLO doesn't have the capability yet to simulate any trims in a natural way, where they interact and move together with the fabric. If you want the trims to interact with the fabric, you either have to keep them frozen or export them as OBJ and use them as hard objects. If you want the rings to move together with the straps, in animation for example. It is somewhat possible I think, but the set-up will be complicated, because the rings will have to be imported as Trims. In this case the fabric can't interact with the rings, so you have to have pattern pieces, that keep the loops in place. This method in video is good for still images.

why is my fabric appear so thin despite adding thickness to it?

On the left side of your 3D Window, in the vertical tool bar under the little fabric icon check if you are on Thick Textured Surface not Textured Surface, or press Alt+1.

I dont know why, my fabric keep passing the hardware all the time, like it doesn't exist

There are a few reasons why this might happen. 1. The hardware is imported as Trim not Avatar. 2. The hardware's mesh size is big. Sometimes when the trim doesn't have dense mesh, fabrics tend to get stuck in them and also go through them entirely. 3. Garment's particle distance is too high. For small detail like this you should go as low as 2 or even 1. 4. If hardware is imported as avatar, might be that you have accidentally deactivated it. I remember in some version of CLO there was a weird bug, that deactivated avatars did not get highlighted as deactivated.
Let me know if any of these help.
