Recipe looks delicious. Could you put the ingredients and recipe down below the video. How long do you bake the tofu? What oven temperature are you using 450 degrees Fahrenheit, 350 F?? Not enough info in the video presentation. I love palak paneer but need more info to make it no oil, no dairy compliant. Thanks in advance.
@Nandita shah you mentioned in India we use peanut curd.. so my guess if you aren’t making this while in India. My question is - is it tough to make peanut curd in the US given the weather or are US grown peanuts bad for health? Thank you
It's easy to make in the US too. It sets the way diary curd sets so if you can set that you can set peanut curd. US peanuts may be GMO. I suggest using organic foods only. Check out the recipes on our website for this.

@@ni3070 Now vegan curds are easily available in India - Epigamia is making coconut milk yogurt and there are other more local brands too.
