  • Trying to make adjustments in floor lifts to get the most out of my time and hit the muscles more effectively. After watching Devon talking about his floor lifts and several Travis Bagent seminars, they both seem to preach very similar points. I've noticed a lot of high level arm wrestlers do things very differently, but when you actually analyze and deconstruct the lifts, they're hitting the exact same muscles but in a different manner. They all have different cues....but those cues all lead to the same result of subconsciously activating the muscles needed for a high hand and a good toproll. You can really notice this when they get in the straps. Even if the wrist is bent back slightly....the pronation is constantly locked and the rise engaged

The judo belt or loading pin and some form of simple pulley. Adjustable ones would be the best, but it doesn't have to be. If you can't afford a pulley of some kind right now, bands are cheap and they work just as good. You just really need something for side pressure and multi spinners and a wrist wrench to attach to even though you can make them yourself. Anything that will work a cup, (rolling handles aren't so great for that) pronation, rise, and side pressure. You can also make a block to target fingers more as well but it's not super necessary. Those are the ones I like to have access too at all times. There's a million handles and you probably need maybe 1-2 max to progress.
I guess top ones would be multi-spinner with bands or a pulley, and belt of some kind with weights. Those would be my top two for just necessities. Doesn't really matter what kind, just find a multi-spinner that suits you that is at least as big as someone's wrist. Doesn't even have to be huge.
Also keep in mind you can make a lot of this stuff. You can even rig up a pulley yourself with parts from home depot.

@@ktp0913 It’s just an old Mazurenko strap I found on eBay. Any strap will work just as good. A belt will too
