Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God? - Epicurus

God loves us enough to give humans the freedom to chose him or reject him. The freedom to chose good or reject good and with that freedom comes responsibility. If you want to know who’s responsible for not doing evil and helping people look in the mirror.

@@tiffanyh1274 anything that can be proved beyond reasonable doubt. Faith in the religious sense is believing in something without evidence, and I refuse to do that. If I believe in your God without evidence, why shouldn't I believe in Allah, or that the earth is flat?

@@lamstar1 loves us enough to demand genoside, condone slavery and stand by as innocent people are brutalized by their fellow humans? What kind of God creates us sick and demands us to become well on pain of eternal torture? Don't tell me this is just the old testament God. The bible says he is the same yesterday today and forever. Please don't take this reply as hostility towards you. I am harshly critical of what I percieve to be horrible religions, but most Christians these days are nice people and I have no ill wishes.

@@vaodinYT People committed those crimes not God. A lot of crimes have been committed in the name of God, when they were just human failings and human evil.
