Sadly no if you dont use it in 2.2 it might expire. On the other hand we would be getting a 390 crystal drops garment voucher in 2.5 so you only need about 1290 to get it

Heard that jiu's banner is coming back in (not sure) 2.5 not sure about lucy and anjo tho,
Probably they will come back but for specific events. Ex. Right now CNY patch Jiu getting her rerun, probably lucy will do as well when 2th anniv.
Yes she get her rerun in 2.5. There is three type of true limited banner carnival special, cny special, 1 year anniversary special. Anjo will get her rerun in next carnival special, jiu get her rerun in 2.5 cny special, lucy will get her rerun in 2.8 or 2.9 2 year anniversary.
What current banners & reruns in CN ?
Current banner in cn now is Fatutu, and rerun is Argus at the moment

"Unique" tagged skins offers more detailed visual effects and sound effects. Such tag completely overhauls the battle entrance, skills, wilderness interaction, in-game entrance, and especially the ultimate animation. While "Advanced" and other paid skins revamps their looks and skills, it still retains the base animation.
In simple terms, better visuals, moving animation, loading screen animation(entrace animation when you open the game), new ult animation, new voice lines
Unique ones are the highest tier of skin in this game, those are the ones that will go completely above and beyond in terms of changes.
