Could I just use this to display zones on the map and not utilize a territory feature. I just want to be able to create a visual representation of where people should be doing what.

Hello, yes you can configure the zones to whatever coords you'd like. Yes, the script looks after all peds the player is nearby so that should work just fine. Be sure to join my discord for future questions.
