yeah, I think what set the cb different from strikers is how good they perform when being press, like when it’s all clear like this, most pro can do it, but when there are people rushing towards you, only top players can shoot a good shot
You can really see how good professionals are, even though he's a centre back, Will was sick!
Kinda like when I watch bench NBA players play against normal people and make every shot. Professionals in any sport are so underrated by us fans. Even the "bad ones" can destroy us

This shows how much of being a professional comes from being consistent. Chris and Tobi had moments where they looked class but Will was incredibly consistent

I love how Ben is somehow simultaneously incredible positive and encouraging and still just going "horrible ball!" haha.
Will has good shooting and he's a CB, now imagine the shooting skill of a striker. I had a friend who genuinely believed he could score a goal in a premier league match, would have been hilarious to see him try to be fair.

@@Reina5342 To be fair depends on the situation. If your friends claiming he can score a free kick or penalty I'd say its possible depending on how good the friend is. An open play goal would probably be close to impossible though going up against professional defence
Will scored 4/10, I imagine an actual striker doing one of these challenges would score 8-9.
They'll be loads of people out there with natural talent n ability to score in a PL game that don't take football seriously and never bothered in a career. So if he's good then it was possible he could of scored.
@@sookmajoaby I'm sorry to break it to you but no one is born with the "natural talent to score in a PL game" there needs to be so much training gone in to get to that level. The defenders have been training for years and you think if you find some bloke who's talented he's going to be able to get by them and score? Impossible. If they had that type of talent where they never bothered with a career and they can still score past PL professionals then if they did have a career he'd literally be better than Ronaldo and Messi

Ben is one of the few professionals who seems to really enjoy making videos with UA-camrs and respects them. Most footballers do it because they have to and don't seem to like it at all.

My main takeaway that actually surprised me is that Ekong has pace on his shots but he never smashes it. It's just proper technique which allows him to have the control to actually put the ball where it'll go in instead of just hoofing it and hoping for the best.
yea, he was either doing it on purpose or it shows that only strikers can smash it with that technique too
