  • Poha/chivada/chuda mixture is a popular evening as well as travel snacks.
    It's a quick & easy snack which is very easy to prepare and surprisingly tasty and healthy. It can be stored for a month in an airtight right jar.
    This mixture is prepared with lylon poha(super thin variety) for that crispy texture just like the fried one.
    Dry roast the flattened rice (poha, chivada) till it gets crispy.
    In a kadhai add oil fry all other ingredients till slightly change colour & become crispy,add roasted poha/chivda and prepared spice mix, mix well and your healthy poha mixture is ready
    Ingredients
    Flattened rice -300gm
    Peanut-150gm
    Dry coconut -100gm
    Cashew-50gm
    Raisin -50gm
    Roasted chana-50gm
    Curry leaves -1/3cup
    Oil-3tbsp
    Spice mix
    Salt
    Black salt -1/2tsp
    Turmeric powder -1/4tsp
    Red chilli powder -1tsp
    Amchur powder -1tbsp
    Chat masala -1tbsp
    Carrom seed(ajwain) powder-1/2tsp
    Powder sugar -3tsp
    Feel free to change the main ingredients' quantities as per your choice and availability
