Was going to suggest putting a wire through the wheel if you put it into a dremel tight against the back of the wheel might be able to turn the part of the tire you want to remove easier. It certainly helped when adding the "rubber" to the tire and saved your fingers from getting burned. Very great idea for a unique looking rim and tire combo.

Pro tip: you can attach the wheel in a drill and sand it off without cutting it and you can also use the inside of a bike tire as a tire...

I tried this a couple yrs ago but now it's not cost effective real rider after market wheels are $1 an axle and quality is crazy awesome in many styles.....but none the less it looks great.👍👍👍

Get the diameter of the stock mag dont include the tire part and the inner diameter of the aluminum tubing,
