Water drainage need to be cut deeper with strainers on some parts of the covers to prevent debres and ppl need to stop dump garages in the gullies and rivers
The strainers is what causing the flooding it build up debris that blocked the water from running freely

How is it that the asphalt on the road so thin. Why is it that they build the road without a the proper drainage. They’re cutting corners.. they need to do it right and done. There need to be more spending on the proper infrastructure. The roads and drainage systems in Jamaica need updating. I’m 47 and as long as I can remember it’s been like this. I’m pretty sure people older than me are saying the same thing.

The whole scenario is poor engineering on the roadways, and the gullies them is. Not properly maintained, that is the whole bottom line about the damages of the roadways. The government needs to have people on a permanently responsibility, to clean all the water damages in Jamaica 🇯🇲. The weather man can tell you now, when is going to have heavy rain 🌧. So that they get those gullies and, water 💧 drainages clean out ok 👌.
