Thank you so much, I was struggling to finish my assignment. this video was so helpful. the presentation was simple and easy, anybody can understand, I watched many videos but it was not detailed.
Is there a method for setting absolute cell reference in a range of cells containing formulas? Imagine 2 columns of 100 cells. Column A has random dates. Column B has formulas referencing data in different locations or sheets. The data in column B has to remain with its date in column A when sorted. Is there a way to highlight all the formulas in Column B and change them to absolute cell reference or does each formula need to be changed indiviually. For clarification, the sort can not be done until after both columns and 100 cells are filled. Thank you. Jeff
Hi, I hope someone can help me. I have 1536 cells I put reference to different cells but forgot to press F4 to Absolute them. Is there any way I can apply F4 to all of them in one go? Thanks
Hello, I followed every step but I don't think my excel is set up to copy the formula to the rows beneath them. Is there a formatting issue I am missing?
When I try to highlight the $c$16 and paste to the rows below, it says "Alert: the data your posting isn't the same size as your selection. Do you want to paste anyways?"
Thank you so much! I have been trying for days how to absolute cell reference for my class. Lifesaver!!
