I totally agree with you but you have to admit JDM cars are pretty sweet too. The sound of their engines and the turbos, there's just something about it that makes me feel happy. And then on the topic of super cars now they're pretty cool because they're sleek, beautiful, and fast. And everyone can enjoy a good lambo.

In 2018, my wife and I were in Lincoln, NE at the Speed Museum, and outside there was a muscle car show. Some guy shows up in his Honda Street Racer, parks and is revving his engine to show off, some muscle cars are blowing his sound away. One guy comes over to him and says, "I have something that will match your sound" goes over to his beat up GMC pickup and grabs a weed wacker out of the back and turns it on. "Hey buddy, this sounds like yours!"

I am a MOPAR guy and know their the best lol,but I respect and also Love all older cars by GM/Ford and yes some imports are pretty cool too !!!!
I restore and collect Mopars but also own a few GM and Ford cars from 1966-1972..I do love them all..
01trsmar hey Man U say ur a mopar guy and well I own a 66 barracuda just rebuilt the engine on it, I’m trying to get that crisp gurgle when the engine starts, like the little cracks and pops and thinks it makes any advice ??

If it's a small block (318 or 360) it can sound very nice if you mod it right but not nearly as good and powerfull as cars in the video but if it's a big block (383 440 or Hemi) it's for sure possible
Whatever engine you have in that thing my advise is to get an aftermarket exahaust or just delete the mufflers if you don't have the money
Marek Misztal it was originally a commando 273 bored out to a 318 but yes I got it sounding really nice rn but ya this car is one of the first to start the whole trend of muscle cars, and it’s all original straight pipe and all nothing’s been added nor would I add anything to it u know, if u have an Instagram I’d be more then happy to share it with u

Is the gutural sound from an American classic muscle car the result of engine size?
Many modern European V8 engines with just as much horsepower but only half the displacement sounds much more immature.
F..king EU emissions crap. Cars in the UK are just rubbish by comparison. At least we have the Mustang now with V8 but these muscle cars were something else.
Leaded gas smelled Soo good, at cruise nights, the classic tire rubber, not todays " synthetic" . Motor oil. Antifreeze, gear oil😊

Ain't it funny how a "Muscle Car" is called a "Muscle Car?" Yeah, it all started when you took a small car 🚗 and put into it a huge engine. And that's why they're called "Muscle Cars" Because it's a lot of engine in a small package right? But when you put a V8 engine in a Vega that's not what you get. You're getting a very effective Go Cart that does the quarter in just a few seconds! You better believe it bro. I had one, it had a bored and de-stroked 350 in it and WOW EH? That's a lot of car to hang on to when you're heading down the road! It only went about 100 miles an hour but it's a scary 100 miles an hour eh?

Its my dream to find a beat up Plymouth Baracuda, 1971 Ford Torino, or a 1969/1970 Mustang and restore it and make it into a racecar.
At 9:15....How's that Mustang with the Blower get away without having the SMOG Equipment on it.....I had Hot Rod VWs and I had 2 Motors ....A Stock one and a Hotrod one. I had too swap Motors every 2 years to get it Smoged....Put the Stock one in go get it Smoged then come home and pull it out and Put the Hot one back in....You can swap them easy in less than 2 Hours....
My favourite muscle cars is dodge challenger rt,dodge coronet, chevrolet impala,chevrolet nova, chevrolet bel air,chevrolet el camino, cadillac el dorado,and ford shelby cobra

The sound of these muscle cars is sort of making me visualize the sound of a pony car sounding diesel engine in a GMC muscle version of the Chevrolet Corvette. In fact, I'm staring to give GM ideas for a throaty and aggressive sounding diesel engine that was supposed to sound exactly like a muscle car, it's called the Cyclombus V8. This engine will be ending up in the said muscle car to be made by GM that is actually inspired by the 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 I also said that it's to compete with GM's own Chevrolet Corvette, In fact the said vehicle is also (like Imentioned before) supposed to be GMC's version of the chevrolet corvette to compete with GM's rival Ford with their Mustang.

Cant wait to go to local rockabilly and us car meets upcoming year I am even going to test drive the 68 Mustang Coupe of a friend of my father which means a lot to me since I am 16 and living in germany of course the drive will be done on private property. Of course as you said Jamboolio I turned up my speakers up to 100% :D
