[Ingredients]
Beef Ribs - E-Mart Traders
Garlic, kelp, Chinese noodles, cup noodles, octopus. - Mart
Radish, green onion, onion - refrigerator
[Beef Ribs Broth]
1) Soak the ribs in cold water for 1 hour
2) Rinse the ribs in running water and blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes
3) Rinse the blanched meat in cold water again
4) Put the blanched meat, radish, green onion, kelp, whole garlic and water in a pot and boil for 2 hours
5) If you remove green onions, kelp, and garlic in the middle of boiling, the soup will be clearer
6) Season with soy sauce and salt
7) Beef ribs broth is done
[Beef ribs cup noodle & Jjamppong with ribs and ocropus]
1) Put the cup noodle in the earthen pot
2) Heat up the ribs stock and pour it into the earthen pot with the meat
3) Eat it with egg garnish, green onion, and pepper
4) Grease enough oil to the wok and stir-fry onion, green onion, and minced garlic
5) Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry more. Reduce the heat to low, add red pepper powder and stir-fry more
6) Pour the ribs stock
7) Blanch the Chinese noodles in boiling water for 1 minute and wash them in cold water
8) Add chopped octopus, hot pepper, and noodles to the boiling soup
9) Spicy and deep jjamppong is complete

English is now almost the only lingua franca of modern days, so that's why I never gonna be angry too much, but Pinoys and Indians always act high-handedly against South Koreans, and never try to learn Korean, even after a few years of living in S Korea, although their each country used to be a US-American or British colony, as good and ideal prey for total imperialism!
They must never exactly try to say too often, that whites are cruelly bad, surely as they always look down on local Koreans, with what many of them cannot ever fluently speak English!
My Koreans could quickly throw out Japanese, as they spoke one native language only even after the liberation, but those barbarians couldn't run away from English to the end. It's a very big pride of theirs, eh?

Almost everything here was great, except the ribs. Don't "wash" those ribs. Instead salt them and let them sit in your refrigerator on a cooling rack for 4-48 hours. I'd then grill, roast, broil, or otherwise sear the short ribs before adding them to the stock. So much flavor that you could have added to these dishes.
