Thanks for the update! That’s awesome of those ladies to help you out with baby stuff. It looks like he’s sorted for clothes for awhile. It’s so exciting! Here’s hoping things move quickly and smoothly so that baby boy can get loved on by his awesome forever family.

So nice of you to keep the kids together with their siblings. Why does the mother leave the hospital? Is it because she doesn't want to be fixed?
I think it is a mix of that, mental health, and it's hard for her knowing she can't take care of them. The faster she leaves the faster she can move on. That's just a guess though. Thank you, we love keeping the kids together!

He is almost 5 weeks old. He was born on April 26th (4 days before Shaun's birthday) 😊It is good being able to see family, but we really miss our Texas home. We are ready to start planting and building. Sometimes putting things on hold is hard! ❤
@@TheConnleyClan I agree we are building a small house now and taking sometime. My husband is doing everything the only thing he is not doing is the electricity he's like Shaun he has been Carpenter for 30 years .

Your husband has beautiful blue eyes they are just like my father were. Good luck with the baby. My daughter has adopted 5 children though foster care and there was so much paperwork and court cases.even though there are like my biological grandchildren
They are now all grown up and starting families of their own and now I have great grandkids

My son ate to fast, I had to slow him down. He got so mad 😡. But burping is necessary. If I let him he would finish a bottle in 1-2 minutes. Eventually I realized he need his bottle to be cold 🥶. I know, strange but it worked to slow him down and stopped any vomiting. I checked with the doctor and he said it was unusual but since it worked for him to keep doing this until it didn’t work. It always worked.
For all of our kids, we just used distilled water from a jug, so it was always room temp, never warmed. I totally get it!

Our son's (who we adopted in November) birth mom had baby #9
4 days before Christmas. It took 3 weeks to get baby brother who was born 3 hrs away from us home. so we know just what you're going through to bring him home. Our lil guy was placed in a foster home for 2 weeks after spending 10 days in the NICU. Thankfully the foster mom was amazing! She and I talked and texted and she sent me many pictures and clothes. She and I have become friends since then. It's to bad that your lil guys foster parents don't feel comfortable communicating but it's also understanding.

It is important to have the medical records so you can try to have in place any Drs or other services the baby will need. Finding out the day of is dangerous with a young infant.
Would you consider having a paypal account for gifts from subscribers? I’ve heard that YT takes 30% of the gift and I don’t like that at all. I like my gifts to be at least 90% going to the receiver, though I like 100%.

I will have to look into that. There is something new (to us) called a Super Thanks. It shows up under a video and you can send money. Honestly I don't know much about it. You can always send us things to our mailing address. It is listed on our About Tab.
There's a kid yelling mom in the background a few times and I kept checking on my daughter to make sure she was asleep until I finally figured out it was the video lol

How do you keep from getting an attitude about these moms who keep popping out babies with no intention of caring for them.
I have a soft spot for Jaide's mom because she did what was best for her children and we built a good relationship. Most times I think these women struggle with mental health issues. I try very hard not to judge because I hate when people do it to me. 😊

It is the same here in Australia. The staff keeps changing and people don't know where they are.
So crazy, isn't it!? I just heard a story about a bunch of kids "missing" in the system. They system is so broken!

Emma, John, Rosie, Alayna, Isabella and Charlie are one sibling group. Jaide, Lillie, Gavin, Christian and the new baby are another sibling group.

I am a CASA in Texas and we are going to court on Zoom! When Covid first started we went to court on the phone.
Wow, the phone? We love Zoom. You guys are still doing court over Zoom? Nebraska and Iowa are in person again.
@@TheConnleyClan We are backlogged with criminal trials here. They are using the Family Court rooms trying to catch up. I hated court on the phone! I really like the Zoom court though.
