Hello friends! Today I want to share an incredibly easy and delicious ground meat recipe that has become one of my favorites. I cook it every day, and I’m sure its flavor and easy preparation will surprise you!

Recipe and Ingredients:
Tomatoes 2 pieces.
Bell peppers 2 pieces.
We make holes in the vegetables and place them in the oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.
Ground chicken 500 grams.
Mozzarella 100 grams, grated.
Eggs 2 pieces.
Salt.
Dried dill.
Lemon pepper seasoning.
Meat seasoning mix.
Mayonnaise 50 milliliters.
Sour cream or unsweetened yogurt.
Flour, two teaspoons.
Olive oil 30 milliliters.
Onions 2 pieces.
Mushrooms 5-6 pieces.
Add the fried onions and mushrooms to a bowl with the ground meat.
Bacon 100-150 grams.
Fill the baking trays (repeat after me).
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 °C.
Peel the vegetables.
3 cloves of garlic (optional).
Green onions.
Cilantro.
Dill.
Spices (tomatoes and dried basil).
Lemon juice.
