At the end, you will have the opportunity to practice speaking - if you don't have this opportunity, don't worry, you can speak in your mind, the effects will be smaller, but it's better than nothing!
I hope you enjoy the lesson!

    Question from a Stranger
My name is Alice and I live in a small town.
One sunny afternoon I went to the park.
I wanted to find a quiet place to read a book.
In the park I noticed a man sitting on a bench.
He looked lost and a little disoriented.
He looked around as if he was looking for something.
I decided to go over and see if he needed help.
I smiled and said, "Hello, can I help you with something?".
    He seemed surprised but grateful.
The man asked me, "Do you know where the library is?"
He had a map in his hand, but he couldn't find the library on it.
I told him, “Yes, the library is only a few blocks away.
Follow this path and you'll see it at the end of the street.
He thanked me with a broad smile.
As he was leaving, I noticed that he had left his hat on the bench.
I took hat and ran to catch up with him.
"I'm sorry, sir! You left your hat," and I gave it back to him.
He laughed and said, “Oh my God!
How forgetful I am! Thank you very much."
I wished him a nice day and returned to my spot in the park.
I opened the book and felt happy that I could help someone.
It was a small thing, but kindness is always appreciated.
Every day, we can choose to help people around us.
Even small actions can make a big difference in someone's day.

Thank you very much - this is the first positive comment!
That means I've already helped someone, so I can continue!
When it comes to accent, I try to make the lessons as clear as possible for everyone, using as clear a language as possible.
I'm still fiddling with the stories, but in this episode I tested slowing down the sound of the story to make it as clear as possible. It sounds a bit unnatural, but it will definitely be more accessible to people.
      Thank you!
