i agree 100%. she’s tried so many things but can’t stick with one. she knows she’s dying yet continues to say she’s okay with her weight, which in terms means she’s okay with dying at what? 20 some years old?? i don’t think she wants to be healthy yet and that’s scary especially when she’s already almost 600 pounds. residential centers for weight loss have pretty many options, and it should- and hopefully make her open her eyes. she doesn’t even seem like she’s trying anymore if i’m honest. i also think some intense therapy would benefit her as well.

I suffer from binge eating myself but i managed to lose 77lbs this year by just counting calories. So i ate whatever as long as i didn’t go over my calories. I managed to get to a normal and healthy weight with that. I was really unsatisfied with the portions but i knew i had to stop myself from eating myself to death. Amberlynn will never lose weight 🤷🏼♀️ and Obviously doesn’t know how to lose weight, otherwise she’d do it

My mom had weight loss surgery, and gained do much back because she isn't restricting. It is similar to an addiction, each day, each decision, is one you have to win. And you can, but you have to commit.

Calculate your BMR and TDEE which is basically how much calories you burn in a day and than the caloric content you need to either gain, maintain , or lose and there it is.

I would have my mouth wired shut to fit in the PET scan it’s been months. Even if she had lost 4 pounds a week she would have had the scan. Instead she weighs more. She can’t even dry the dishes and put them away before recording.
If she’s going to get cancer and not change and foodie beauty has no gallbladder and both are just eating like it ain’t no thing. Nothing is going to be a wake up call for them.
Her self esteem is in the trash. Shes "in a relationship" with a woman she doesnt find attractive. She hates her body. She has no friends. Her parents neglect left her vulnerable. Food is her only escape. And useless knick knacks. The 1 thing she runs from will save her, Accountability.

She doesn't have to pay the $14K. You can cancel a contract without penalty if you do it within 3 days of signing it. Since she lasted less than 2 days, she probably just canceled it. Otherwise, she can still get out of the contract. She'll have to pay a penalty, but she's not liable for the full price for the entire 2 years.
It's similar to breaking a one-year lease on your apartment. You usually are responsible for the next 2 months of rent, but not the entire remainder of your lease.
