After spending 10 days on a sacred retreat cleaning my body and taking certain high-vibe plants in Jamaica at the beginning of June, I got the message through the India Arie song☀☀☀ " I am light." Now, I really feel it inside of just being a concept. Noya Rao tree bark I drank, the leaves light up at night like a firefly. Therefore, the teaching from this tree is all about being light, standing up straight, being silent, being secure, strong, grounded, and observing the drama to not engage. 🌳

Father God, let the light of your Holy Spirit shine into my heart and soul and awaken me to your closeness. Break the chains of darkness and misunderstanding and bring me new freedom. Bless me with a deeper understanding of your love.

Since our hurricane this week, i have been spending a lot of time outside at night. (We were without electricity for 4 days as well.) There was an unbelievably magical light from the east after sunset. And the moonlight is appearing differently, many colors being reflected very late at night/early morning. Your release of this was perfect timing for me! ❤
I was one who went down that rabbit hole over 3 years ago. Learned a lot of horric things but I accept it was a path I needed to follow. To learn about the dark and evil ones, to see other things going on ... so much hate and evil. Once I was burnt out and done with it, I never looked back and released it all. Thank God and Metatron.
Thanks Amanda for reminding me to get outside. Went for a walk in the 101 degree heat to get my light in. I had a nice time with the trees and the dragonflies. Whew it's hot.
Great way to start my morning , sitting on a sunny bench in the park listening to the adolescent Magpies harassing their poor knackered parents for food. Instead I can now enjoy listening to your far more melodious message, albeit in my own knackered state!

Halfway into watching this video my iPad pinged me about The Former President being shot. Phew his Guardian Angel should be given a raise. Wow, this us such an important teaching, Amanda. My late mum akways said "beware false idols" and I took that wisdom on board. Discretion is becoming more than ever, and if we're not certajn and the gut instinct isn't there, hold back and observe. As I often say: "all that glitters is not gold".

This past week I have also been thinking a lot about light and saving it up in myself, almost like a battery - for whatever is to soon come. We cannot pour from an empty cup, and so to try and keep ourCELLves charged up at least. I also realised the strong pull to fall into old patterns, that may be of heavier energy - is very tempting (easier as it's what we are most comfortable with sometimes) and I also wonder if this is the tests, and also giving us the option to delve back again or to choose to be better. Being totally honest, feeling under the weather myself in health and also thought patterns - I caved. But it has given me the time and the retrospect to see clearly what does and doesnt help. Tomorrow is always another day, and I feel slowly we are all shedding our old clothes to slowly be comfortable with this new world, new us, new thoughts and habits that are emerging. Thanks again Amanda for always coming through with messages that are of importance right now 💝

Absolutely loved this video, thank you. I love & appreciate them all but these types of teaching videos are my favourites as they help me understand & evolve. I loved the laughter in this too, always uplifting & makes me laugh too. Joe Camel 🐪 was a popular cigarette promoting cartoon back in the day. I couldn’t help to think how the old camel represented an unhealthy habit and now I see the new camel representing perhaps Jophiel in an entirely different, joyful, healthy new light! 🌞

I had to share something, I am a somatic experiencing coach and alot of what you talked about in terms of bringing bodily blueprints online and offline is exactly the process I guide people in. I came to this training not because I had had experience with it myself as what often happens when we want to train in something. I had done my yoga teacher training and saw the training and simply wanted to deepen my experience of it first and foremost (which is also what happened with my YTT, didn’t really set out to be a yoga teacher, I set the intention to deepen my knowledge and practice of yoga) and so when I clicked back on this video today on my phone it was at the very end where you said ‘I want to say go deeper’ I was like *jaw drop* I also felt called to share the song ‘root down deep’ by sam garrett which I felt aligned with this teaching. Barefoot walkers have the splayed feet Metatron mentioned, feet that can pick things up, climb trees & great grounding connecting to Gaia etc. The jungle folk also have splayed feet. In visiting Tiawanaku & Puma Punku in Bolivia, I felt the different light. All long skulled animals (dogs, horses, elephants etc) have connection to higher light too xx

Since a month now my Yoga Guru is teaching us how to put our floating ribs in its place perfectly in alignment to enhance the postures and bring the mind body breath under spontaneous alignment with an elongated spine. Sit tall...... Sit on your buttock bones and alignment the floating ribs in perfect position. This allows postures to be very graceful and the breath flowing so smoothly that one feels one is not breathing at all. He says this elongation of spine vertebrae allows much more light to flow into the system and cleanse and heal the body...... And that has been precisely my experience. 😊✨🪷
I havnt watched you in a while amanda. I have come back feeling i need to listen, i cant meditate at this time . But have recently discovered heart frequency music. I need to do action to move forward but still i feel block in some way. I have come along way... you helped me leave a relationship that was no good. I struggle to feed healthy nutritious food to my daughter . I have an only child im stuck in rut. I try a day or two then depressed im letting her and me down.

Hi Amanda, well this video was a delightful and resonated with me. I was laughing along with you in many parts. I teach a postural type of yoga and we have discussed this devolution humpback human with the text neck or you can work on standing tall and the feet well I laughed I am trying to spread my feet all the time. I watched this in my garden enjoying some overcast light. I am perhaps in a burnout phase very fatigued and achy. Pulled the void card the other day trying to rest. This video inspired me to get more light. Thank you ❤
