That’s really all I can do at this point. I hope he’s good in the league but idk if I see it or not. But I’ll watch him be the first great QB post Saban
Remember this is his 3rd straight new offense not to mention 1 tried to make him change positions and the other was clueless and now with deboer and Sheridan you can already see the improvements that says alot.
I think going to a team like the Raiders who have a vet bridge QB would be beneficial for him. He can learn with two off seasons under his belt, and under a coach who likes to use his player's strengths.
I’m not sure if you’re watching ALL the Alabama games. But as a huge Bama fan who watches EVERY game and analyses ALL film right now he’s definitely not NFL material. Bro, he cannot process defenses, hardly ever goes to his 2nd and 3rd reads. Stares down receivers. Only hits deep passes that are WIDE open. Cannot consistently hits slants or check downs. And whether yall realize it or not he doesn’t like to run. He’s not one of those beast type running QBs. And he’s scared to make mistakes. His progress is solely based on Coach Deboer dumming down his air raid offense and calling run QB run plays to fit his skill set because he will not hardly run when the pocket collapses. Love the kid, but nfl ready is a stretch. If ALL the conditions are not perfect(o line blocks well, receivers get wide open, right okay call, etc) then he will not succeed.
The point is to hit wide open passes, not throw it into coverage 😂 and he goes through reads often. He still needs to improve that area more, but other than that, he's solid and his stats back it up. (Short, intermediate, and deep throws are all solid)
@@BamaChamp a good quarterback can hit a receiver that’s being covered Jalen Mill Road the only time he hits the receiver if he’s wide open, that’s not good and it will bite Alabama in the ass wait and see
Definitely a Heisman candidate not sure what kind of draft grade he has, I'm just waiting and watching for now. Do you think he is a 1st rounder already?
He could get to the 1st round convo by the end of the season, but I still need to see more from him as a passer/decision-maker before he's in that talk.
Alabama goes as far as Jalen milroe takes them 💯 if he plays like the best player on the field nobody will beat them, bama has skilled offensive players on defense 😂
I think his ceiling is incredibly high but yes, that intermediate game needs work, same as last year. New offense to learn, he got there last year and with even better coaching I think he will get there this year. Job one though, at the moment, is working on that uglyass slide. I want him to always try and avoid contact but I don't want to see him hurt himself while doing so. 😂 Roll Tide Roll
Can’t see what you’re not looking at! A lot of these decisions are made presnap depending on the coverage and they choose a side of the field to attack. It happens all the time
Well that’s the problem. Why is it pre determined. Can he not read a defense. I don’t think so. I love Jalen. But he’s a gifted athlete playing qb. Sure he has a cannon. A real cannon. So did Danny Woodson if your a Bama fan you may remember him. And he could run like Jalen. But are you qb worthy. Can you make the right throw to the right guy on 3rd and 8. He does many time by pass a short sure throw for a longer one many many times.
@timtapscott8737 pre determined reads give teams advantages. If you haven't noticed, many top teams do that, which is why they're successful on plays. Ty Simpson does that very often. Multiple reads are only necessary when there's no one open. (No one being open isn't a good thing)
He's not even that good. He's just surrounded by 50 five star recruits. Why do you think every Alabama QB has gone on to be shit in the NFL? No super teams to bail them out.
Definitely some truth there some truth milroe if he could be shifty like Lamar Jackson I could see but he is a stiff runner Amherst can't stop and go much
Well when you go to Bad teams that happens. Most qbs don’t stick with the team that drafts them. But you have an argument. But seems to me Tua sucked and then they got talent and he didn’t suck. Mac had a great OC and he was good. He takes a HC job and then gets a def cord to call Plays. He sucked. It happens.
@@Peezster being surrounded with talent sure didn’t hurt CJ Stroud. Scout the player not the school. Before Stroud OSU QBs were busts. Before Mahomes air raid QBs were busts. It’s about the player not the school or system they play in.
Is Jalen Milroe a 1st rounder?
Yes 3 new offenses and only 2 losses as a starter with some consistency in coaching he would have been a #1 pick
Heck noooo!! lol
Of course. Got that arm strength and vertical speed
Experienced, toolsy starter from the SEC in a wide open class with several teams who could add a QB later in the 1st? I wouldn’t be shocked
Saints will draft him in the 2nd round to be taysom hills successor
I don’t know what to make of Milroe as an NFL prospect but he’s awesome in college. I’ll just appreciate that right now.
I like that attitude!

He is a nightmare to prepare for because of RPO

Keep up the great work Dan!

Jalen Milroe is QB1
Bro milroe keep up the good work Alabama 🙏 rolltide 🐘
Jalen Milroe is showcasing real growth under Kalen DeBoer!

Get better at the check downs, slants and use his eyes more to move defenders.
Future Raider
Daniel do you all have a timeline when you are going to start covering linebackers

I think an NFL team will draft him in the first. Wish he was going to get a 2nd season with DeBoer to see the growth from year to year
@@DanielHarms19He could if he wanted to
He will be in New York this year most definitely. But I don't know what kind of role he would play in the NFL.

how do you get the all 22? what service is that? thanks

I think he gets way too much hate. & most of the time it’s Bama fans doing the hating.
You don’t know the difference between hate and criticism. Nobody hates him. They can’t stand the way he plays quarterback.
@@jimmiecalvert3572he literally has everything you'd want in a Qb. He's not small

Jaylen Milroe does not have what it takes between the ears to play quarterback. It’s obvious what other people see it takes him longer to see.
