Jonathan Pie presents us with satire and razor sharp scathing wit and yet still manages to have the best political take than any news network or serious commentators.

Tom Walker is a comedian, his character Jonathan Pie is a TV reporter who rants to his producer between recordings or live takes. He’s got so good at switching roles that he now does it almost seamlessly. Take a look through his back catalogue at some of his earlier videos to get an idea of how his presentation has evolved.
He is satirically astute! His MO is like, announce a news item, and pretend the studio is rolling some VT, and this is his rant to the production team, then he comes back in again presenting the news! Really works brilliantly.
His rants are meant to be what he - as a news reporter - really thinks of things when a channel is running a recorded video tape segment during the news - hence the polite and professional introduction, the rant during the tape to his cameraman/director, and professionally finishing the piece to camera at the end.
I love, love, love Jonathan Pie, I'm surprised to see him making it to the US. Brilliant!

Someone has probably mentioned this - Jonathan Pie is a made up character of a news reporter and the actor / comedian who is playing him (and the creator) is Tom Walker. He has also done a few live UK Tours of Jonathan Pie on stage, which have been absolutely excellent and extremely funny.
To be fair, I'm British, but I haven't heard some of these insults before either. Jonathon Pie is very creative with his insults. :)
I love Jonathan Pie. He's brilliant. Always tells it like it is, and says what many of us are thinking. You will love his rants. :) And he has done some on America.

Only just recently got into Pie, he speaks the truth with the exact emotion we feel towards our dog turd gov! He is great!
He plays a news reader doing a report to camera, then, once the intro is done he gives his real feelings, then finishes up the report. Brilliantly written and portrayed.
He is a comedian playing the role of a national reporter. But he is spot on with his astute commentary.
I remember hearing this rant from Jonathon Pie just DAYS after Liz Truss resigned - OH MY GOD, the CATHARSIS! He's brilliant - definitely worth a subscription. He rants on ANYONE who deserves it, no matter what side of the government they're on. And yes, he is a creative genius when it comes to insults.
Please do more of these! I regularly binge watch his videos they are comedy gold

At school, we weren't allowed to swear, so we used to insult each other by calling other people public hairs "Ugh, Matt! You're such a public hair!" For example
