I also loved when Milton closed out the conversation with Uche by saying I’ll catch you on the group chat, instead of saying I’ll call or text individually. It was Oscar-worthy shade.
YES. Uche wanted a reaction from Milton in the Pods. Milton and Lydia had a dispute and Uche wanted to “school” Milton on the situation and get some insight. Milton shut him down and said he’d handle it. Uche looked SO outdone by his reaction. 😂
That waiter was ear hustling 😅. The venue was perfect for both of them. One of my fav places to be is a certain St Louis, MO museum. I get it, Milton. 😂
That scene where Milton consoled Lydia made me cry. We need more emotional maturity and examples of healthy partner support on these relationship shows.
So Lydia stalked him and went on there for uche and manipulated him. Imagine your ex stalked you onto a tv show ? 🤣 then when you tell your ex no he sabotages other relationships telling your business to other dudes. Make it make sense. Then she preys on Milton cause he’s younger and more easier to manipulate as well. Lydia is a crazy women no parent would want there son to be with her. Milton should’ve never married her and y’all will see one day.
Milton’s family dynamics are fascinating. Mom and sister are so firm, dad and brother in law seem much more gentle and open. Milton clearly craves the openness that he got to glimpse with his father, but his mom seems to be the one in charge of the household . It totally makes sense as a black family in the south, especially with the size of Milton and his father, but it’s just so interesting to see a young man reject that coldness so definitively and be so emotionally intelligent with no obvious source of that wisdom. Great video!!!
I get the impression that, while they might not be an emotionally demonstrative family, they have taught their children healthy personal boundaries and expectations. I’m curious what Milton’s grandparents and other extended family are like. I suspect they’ve also played a huge part in his personal development.
I don't agree they are cold, I see them clearly in distress when he can't give any answer why he wants to marry her. They don't pretend cold. I see emotions on their faces, wtf emotions. And neither he nor Lydia give affirmations and reassurance to his family. Emotinal intelligence works both ways because you cant call yourself emotionally intelligent dismissing negative feelings of the family members. I dont' see wisdom here nope
In the pods I really thought there was no way Milton could handle Lydia. Standing up to her so calmly with the shorts was the first moment I realized maybe he can handle her. Then at the party with Uche is when I realized Milton is perfect for Lydia. Milton grounds and calms Lydia. Lydia helps Milton see the world more passionately. And I think it works beautifully from what we have seen
OK, outside of the uche, lydia, and Aliyah debacle... this is the BEST way anyone has explained their union. Because I still struggle to this day to understand it.. but I can see it clearer now.
Milton is very protective of Lydia and thinks ahead - which was evident during the reunion when he revealed they code they had to leave when things got too intense.
Yes, but for every action , there is a re-action. Although we see a very stoic & 'mature' response from Milton here....he is still on the receiving end of intense energy & attacks. He does a good job of outwardly handling the situation....but it still impacts him on the inside. It is like police officers, fire fighters & nurses.... they can be brave & level headed in crisis....but they also have to "release " those feelings within them somehow. Can't bottle it up. Humans are more delicate than we realize. Hopefully Milton has a Therapist or some way to release the energy and bad feelings.
I love Milton so much. I felt like he was too young at first, but he quickly became my fav. Im just mad that I’m in Houston and I didn’t find him first lol
My partner thinks this is a trash show that I love and he does not care at all about love is blind. But with your videos I can guarantee hes going to benefit from me watching the show. I learned so much in this video so the trash reality tv will have a net positive on my relationship. As an aside that I think youd appreciate as a therapist.... like i said, he hates this show. We were in mexico for a week in between the episodes dropping, so I told him that my gift to him for a good vacation was that i was not going to talk about love is blind at all while we were away. however, later on in the trip we encountered something that he knows is very triggering for me while at a restaurant. Immediately, he said 'lets talk about love is blind. fill me in on what is happening". So he listened and asked questions about the show for 45 min through the rest of the meal to help me manage my anxiety. He's an absolute gem.
Lydia may have been the most dramatic on the show, but i truly believe things worked out as they should have. She and Milton balance each other out. Because they are both strong-willed, she couldn't bully him, and he was able to ground her. It's an interesting dynamic, but it works
No they both felt like they need to prove people wrong. Milton said at the reunion “ cause I’m 24 everyone thought I wasn’t gonna get married “ convincing his parents because they saw through the BS. Lydia literally went there with bad intentions. Milton doesn’t deserve someone that only went on the show to lie & manipulate try to get back with her ex and when she gets turned down she tries to sabotage his other connection. Make it make sense. Oh but they’re good for each other right. She would’ve married anyone she’s over 30 of course she just wants to get married. She don’t care as long as it’s someone with money
I actually really liked the moment between them with the shorts. I appreciated that he didn't back down and just give in to her, but also kept things playful and didn't escalate it into a fight disproportionate to the issue at hand.
Lydia dodged a bullet when Izzy backed out. Izzy is a phony who used fake tears to manipulate Stacy. In contrast, Milton is a genuine person who was willing to get in touch with his real emotions even though it wasn’t 100% natural for him to do so. In fact, Milton’s genius was his ability to separate how he was raised from who he truly is inside. Lydia is lucky to have him. And Milton is lucky to have her.
Can you please make a reel about what you said about cleanliness in a realtionship and how it's disregarding your partner's discomfort when you put it off as trivial?! Ppl need to hear that. 😄 Thank you! ❤
I luv, luv, luv Milton. He has very similar attributes to my guy. He’s a cool nerd that has a lot of personality. He has a level head and is a planner. He literally broke away from his parents like my guy bc he felt they stiffed his growth and he wanted to live life on his terms vs pattern after his parents. Congratulations to Milton and Lydia. They compliment one another.
Milton and Lydia did briefly speak about kids 😊 They were in the pool if I recall correctly and Lydia said kids in the next five years and Milton said at least ten so they disagreed in a sense about that
I hardly ever comment on videos but I faithfully watch your videos. Initially my thoughts on Milton & Lydia were very different. I love the perspective you bring when analyzing the couples & situations. You really make me think and challenge my views. Excited for the next episodes to come!
Hey Milton my grandpa lived to 81 and was 6 ft 7 and he was overweight. Being tall doesn’t mean short lifespan unless you have some sort of disorder with it like Marfans .
I too know very tall men well in there 80s. There are people with genetic abnormalities that have health issues related to their height. The sample size maybe too small to account for healthy individuals vs. with gland issues that cause abnormal growth.
it is a statistical fact that taller people live shorter lives on average. there will always be exceptions, but take a look at most centenarians and you’ll see that they’re mostly short. 81 is also not a super old age to die, it’s about average. my grandfathers lived to 93 and 103 and they were both short.
My brother in law who’s 6”7 had brain cancer but he’s still alive and kicking so we will see (not tryna be mean but we all know his cancer could come back)
Hi Steph, psychology student here. Wondering what you think about this, but maybe Milton didn't mean Lydia was being overly emotional, but overly aggressive at expressing her emotions. You can feel mad, disappointed, frustrated, etc. in a very strong manner and still not scream, shout and say things in a hurtful manner, but rather try and regulate your emotions and express them in a morr assertive way. I don't think he was trying to judge her for being overly emotional but rather for lacking assertive skills to express thode emotions in a calmer manner without attacking him
You’re right! I was attracted to my husband because he was himself and didn’t let anyone walk all over him. However, now in marriage, he’s super stubborn and refuses to compromise over any little thing 🙃
I’d love to see you reacting to love is blind Brazil! As a Brazilian I wonder if our culture plays a different role when it comes to relationships or not really, in your pov. I’ve been watching all your videos and it helped me think better about myself and my relationships in general. You make me a better person for free, thank you very much. God bless you ❤
I would like to see Lydia, Uche, and Aliyah in that order. It’s great to hear your perspective. It makes me think of how I could do things differently in my relationships.
Yes and it would be very interesting if your (amazing) thoughts could combine what is shown on the show with what some participants said on podcasts - for example Aaliyah and Miriam about Uche on Jessie Woo’s podcast. Not that it brings more « truth » to the show (it’s always subjective), but it brings another perspective on what we see in the edited show.
Great review! Milton was my favorite this season. I do think that he had a point about Lydia’s behavior when she’s highly emotional although the way that he communicated it wasn’t the best. It did come off as a little judgmental and dismissive of her feelings. However, I think that he voiced concern about how they would teach their children to address conflict and doesn’t want them to try to get their point across by blowing up. I don’t think that he was trying to change who she was as a person, instead give her feedback on better managing those emotions and behaviors.
I also feel, regardless of his "computer " personality, that it is a worry to censor your own feelings because of your partner's highly emotional state/tendency. It becomes unfair and challenging as you'll often be the person that tries to comfort than be comforted. That was honestly my biggest concern in their relationship as I can relate with mine. I've become a computer because of my relationship with someone so emotional.
22:37 he did the right thing to show he’s not going to be easy to control because of the age gap or because he’s whipped I could see Lydia begging him with that cute face she’s not slick. It’s small and early enough to set the president on how their dynamic works in real life that he won’t bend to every little demand"
love your thoughts. For Milton's family, it wasn't just Lydia coming in but the whole world looking and commenting on their family style of talking to each other! So they got some feedback that fortunately, they took in and softened. I also think Lydia will benefit from some of their analytic, level-headed approach to life
I believe Lydia and Milton did talk about children because in Mexico, when they were sitting by the pool, Lydia was like we said 5 years before we start having kids right, Milton said yes.
They used to do the parties in previous seasons too . Like season 2 Shayna met Shane at a beach party and there was a lot of the pod squad people there too . We might not notice too much cause there were more couples
i know i’m late & this may not even count, but the scene with the black pants & Lydia wanting them to match, i remember saying aloud, “don’t give in. stand your ground.” i wanted him to assert his dominance over his own body. yes there is an age difference, but that doesn’t mean that he’s incapable of making his own fashion choices or having & voicing his own opinions in their partnership. that was a very important line to have been established very early on as it would serve as a template for how they would proceed with like situations. the way she was talking to him sounded very demanding & laced with the tone of “listen to your mommy.” i appreciated his self assuredness in that moment. i also cheered audibly when he made the decision verbally & cheered even louder when he wore it to the beach. proves that he isn’t easily swayed; we only saw moments of them when they were in the hotel & he could have been persuaded then to change. but he didn’t! i love his mind.
Milton was actually closer to his other connection, the girl that is suing kinetic for the SA. Lydia really manipulated that girl also and took Milton.
Nobody "took" anybody, if that girl was really into Milton like that, she wouldn't have backed off. Cause in real life, if anything gets hard, are you just going to back off and walk away. Nope, plus Lydia didn't make her go off with that guy anyway. Let's not be ridiculous 🙄
@@KJ-jd5koyeah but you can be strong willed without being aggressive. Plus she didn’t have to be truthful to Lydia, she could’ve seen him behind her back anyways. There was multiple ways to go about it, and she chose to back out so…
@@lullabyluna7170 True. But regardless she manipulated the situation telling his other connection that he was the only man she had left and acting desperate and aggressive and this was it for her instead of letting it play naturally and seeing who he chooses
My husband and I used to tease each other all the time, when we had our oldest baby I said I wanted us to stop bevause people who love each other shouldn't talk like that, even when they're joking.
for me the way lydia acted in the reunion it was what we’ve seen since the beginning, she had this moments where she starts speaking in a super slowly, super condescending way trying to act as if she is bigger person
Renee and Carter got engaged and was in Mexico and at the BBQ and even had a wedding but Lib didn’t add it to the show for whatever reason. That’s why they were awkwardly in the backgrounds. This season was def very weird and not my favorite at all. There was another couple who actually went to Mexico but it didn’t go very far as she’s accusing him of SA. Absolutely Love Milton tho 💛 def my favorite
@@terickastidbits2342 yes sadly Tran Dang was in the pods and got engaged to Thomas Smith but it ended in Mexico and she filed a lawsuit against him. So lib didn’t show their engagement or Renee and Carters engagement journey.
I haven’t watched the last two seasons of LIB (including this one), but I indulge on the reaction videos especially yours; they are much more entertaining (and more educational) to me😆. Love this breakdown and I hope this couple works out. 💙
Thank you for addressing Milton bringing up Lydia’s outburst with Uche. I didn’t like that. He wasn’t the one that was being accused of being a stalker etc. He wasn’t emotionally triggered. And he’s been conditioned to keep it buttoned up from childhood. I wanted to see more compassion from him. More life experience could help with that. Glad they were able to get through it
I think if Milton had at any point chased down Lydia in that museum before the wedding (when she was upset and stormed off, crumpled in the floor), the entire dynamic would have been different in their relationship. I'm glad that he stood up for himself by allowing her to de-escalate. I get the vibe that Lydia wants to fight, and I'm glad that Milton noped outta that by not engaging. She seems to not care about taking a step back to see if she's thinking clearly, but rather wants to make sure she's heard. But if she constantly loses it over all the things, her point gets lost because she just ends up coming off reactive. I didn't like Lydia and the reunion didn't make me like her any more, but I do hope that Milton and her can learn from one another and be happy together.
And I think he was right to bring up the Uche situation again because her reaction was terrible…he literally gave her an out of the conversation with Uche and she basically dismissed him to sit there and be berated by Uche…in some real world scenario the way she was going off could’ve gotten them in some real trouble…Milton would be responsible for protecting her and she would be escalating the situation to the point where it could become dangerous for both of them
I always love these videos but I have a more personal question. As a therapist in a marriage, do you ever feel like you over-therapize your relationship or partner, or do you think it is more of an asset?
now steph.. how is milton “emotionally supportive” when he would often tell Lydia to be more stoic, and be “more like me” when she shows an ounce of emotion…. I hate this whole Milton-is-so-mature train - avoiding your emotions does not equate to emotional maturity
Great video as always Steph. I learners something new again, which has become something I've come to look forward to in your video. Lots of love from South Africa🇿🇦🌺
I relate so much to Lydia it's actually insane, and my fiancé is so much like Milton too. Maybe because of that I'm biased but I love them so much definitely a very strong potential to work long term!
Sometimes you watch a video for a fun analysis of reality tv but you leave with the knowledge that your ex was a computer who let his depression and stress implode your relationship
You thought Milton downplaying what Lydia did to Aliyah was “admirable”? I’m glad I skipped to the reunion section first to see what you had to say about Milton to know if it would even be worth my time to watch this video, and seeing your response let’s me know not to waste my time. Somebody telling the truth about what another person did to them is not “bad mouthing” and that’s not what Aaliyah did to Lydia.
I disagree with Milton addressing Aaliyah. It was dismissive and he can't compare his relationship with Uche to Lydia and Aaliyah's relationship. She may be his wife now but her character is most definitely questionable in my eyes.
I found it was very contradicting when Milton’s sister didn’t believe he was in love or ready to get married because he wasn’t showing affection or didn’t seem excited, when they were kind of raised to not show any affection or isn’t used to doing that in front of each other
I gained more and more respect for Milton the more the show went on. That said, I don't think Lydia is a good option for him. Frankly I don't think she's a good option for anyone right now. She displayed blatant manipulation many times on the show, dishonesty, and overall seem like a person who will say/do whatever they need to to get what they want. She's majorly lacking in character and has a flawed moral compass.
@@apostlemary7 You'd lose your $100 lol. Not the greatest bet considering we were given a front row seat to watch her display the behaviors I outlined in my comment. If I were I gambling man, I'd bet $100 that you are simply defending her because you recognize the insecurity driving her behavior and empathize with it. But alas, not a gambling man.
@@Dan-fy3vp damn lol I’m better at poker. I guess I do recognize her insecurity and empathize with it. I’m a very different flavour than Lydia, I’m churchy, booky, stoic like my father and emotional like my mother. I see my emotional depth as a great strength and I also see Milton’s the greatest thing to happen to Lydia. A man who refuses to argue, leads with solid advice and wisdom, and protects emotions from causing any damage. I love seeing this sort of partnership because they balance each other so beautifully. But yeah maybe I’m forgetting some of the sketchy things Lydia lied about. Carry on :)
@@apostlemary7 Well I appreciate your honesty and willingness to call a spade a spade. I don't mean to imply that empathy is a bad thing, only that it can sometimes lead to being an apologist for bad behavior. In my experience, deep rooted insecurity can take hold in 1 of 2 ways - owning it as your reality, and integrating it into your personality in a healthy way because it needs somewhere to go..Or overcompensating and trying to hide it, and then hiding the actions that it causes. Not saying she's a bad person, but it's easy to identify she falls in the latter of the 2 categories. Also it's worth mentioning that if a man was exhibiting the same traits as her, and found himself with an emotionally balanced woman, I don't believe women would be celebrating that a somewhat unstable man, prone to arguing to get his way, scored a healthy minded woman. As a guy, these double standards really stand out to me.
I thought Lydia was being overbearing when it came to those shorts. I felt like Uche is the type of person who when he sees someone else's happiness and he doesn't have it for himself, he will try to tear down the happiness of other's. Uche seems to be a jealous person. If he was over Lydia then he would've just let what she did or didn't do in their past relationship go and would think to himself "Wow I'm glad I dodged that bullet"
I think he was trying to tear down her happiness because he felt she tore down his happiness. Doesn’t make it right, but I think Lydia’s meddling and poor treatment of Aaliyah was the main reason he went after her.
The "shorts" scene wasn't what I thought was emasculating, it was when Lydia kept calling him a "baby." It wasn't endearing, it was like a: "you're so young" as if she didn't choose a young guy. That would've rubbed me the wrong way. But that's just me. However, I did feel seen when you described Milton's discomfort with his family. Of course, you want to be protective and make sure a family member is marrying a good person who is good for them. However, I didn't feel any support or warmth, especially from his sister. I'm speculating here, but if Milton didn't feel emotionally supported growing up then it might've been challenging to show confidence in his decisions if his feelings were downplayed by the rigidness of the family. He probably craves their support and when it gets met with that emotional absence, he just shuts down. I saw myself in him there. I feel like you hit the nail on the head, like his relationship is precious to him and like he said, he wouldn't let someone see how things affect him emotionally.
I had the same child hood experience as Milton and it’s iterating to hear the term “the driver “. That’s my mom to the t and I’m an over achiever and perfectionist
My first language is Spanish! Now I'm trying my best to start learning Serbian, because of my boyfriend's family. We have been together for almost 4 years now and I always say hi to the fam but that's it, my bf translates. It will be amazing if I could not just say hi but have fluent conversations with his family without using google translate. So to learn his language even though we speak english is a love letter from me to him. Ps. he is getting really good at Spanish so I have to step up too haha
I wanted Milton to wear the black shorts but I’m just a fashion girly who loves matching with my man so I was probably projecting. His choice was definitely better for their relationship
The cast is chosen from local people but there are people who live close enough to participate but every season the participants are from the same town hence the discussions about after the experience
Less than 5 mins in and you are the only person I've watched who's mentioned the height thing. I knew someone who either close to or just above 7ft and he died at 30.

Thanks for this video, I agree 💯 I look forward to the Stacy video...I really can't stand her, she was such a bully and in my opinion acted like a snake in the grass
48:34 I disagree though I just want to point out that this particular scene from the reunion that happened when Aaliyah started to tell her perspective & then was basically cut off & invalidated by Milton putting his wife on a pedestal was super cringe! Aaliyah pointed out in a interview how they basically shut her experience down almost like it was completely her fault & did not let Lydia own up to what she did completely. It was so disrespectful & distasteful that he did that. I understand standing up for someone but out of all the times he wants to call a spade a spade he chose to call this moment a Diamond of hearts. He did not assess that situation for what it truly was and instead made a mockery in front of Aaliyah to her face about her experience, he should’ve read his wife for her actions but instead he praised them? Nah that was wrong. Edit: oh and they didn’t even get on Uche at the reunion, he’s wasn’t there but that didn’t escape his cahoots with Lydia and both of them reuniting her experience like they did, mixed in w/ Milton’s avoidance of his wife’s actions.
I find it surprising that people with think of lydia as too mich she actually seems really kind and sweat amd i feel like her responses were usually very normal and not over the top she only gets mad when people do stuff thats actually unreasonable other people of the so might not get as loud when angry but they get upset over nonsence and act nasty for no reason and i think those people should be considered “too much”
Who ISN'T grumpy when they first wake up? Doesn't everyone need time to wake up, have coffee, etc. I'm a Night Owl, I might have a biased perspective, LOL
I am not grumpy and never met anyone that woke-up grumpy. And I grew up with negative people and I don’t even like people. I find it really odd for someone to just wake-up grumpy for no reason.
@@Moi_81 No one is saying that--the reason they are grumpy is because they had to stop sleeping. A very valid reason indeed! ;) This is a recurring bit on media, someone wakes someone up (ex. parents waking up kids, or Lorelai Gilmore, etc.) and they don't want to wake up and they whine and their drag their feet about getting ready. Rory was home from college making microwave pasta mac and cheese, woke up her Mom. and Lorelai locked her in her room so she could get back to sleep. But nice to meet you! We'd probably get along in the afternoons, but it sounds like we'd be terrible morning and nighttime roommates

@@Dev-kw6ymIs that you, Uche? Stop hiding behind the burner account big boy
I actually really liked the moment between them with the shorts. I appreciated that he didn't back down and just give in to her, but also kept things playful and didn't escalate it into a fight disproportionate to the issue at hand.
I’m looking forward to Lydia and Stacey’s analysis 🤓
Cosign!!!
+1 to this!
Would also be really interested to see a short video on JP! I don't think we've ever had such a character on LIB.
Yes!! His switch up was so odd
Milton and Lydia did briefly speak about kids 😊 They were in the pool if I recall correctly and Lydia said kids in the next five years and Milton said at least ten so they disagreed in a sense about that
Just wanna say that you have become one of my favourite things about every new season of Love is Blind xx
I hardly ever comment on videos but I faithfully watch your videos. Initially my thoughts on Milton & Lydia were very different. I love the perspective you bring when analyzing the couples & situations. You really make me think and challenge my views. Excited for the next episodes to come!
Thank you so much for letting me know! 🫶🏽
Hey Milton my grandpa lived to 81 and was 6 ft 7 and he was overweight. Being tall doesn’t mean short lifespan unless you have some sort of disorder with it like Marfans .
I think he might
Well he was looking at the statistics. Of course there will be people who live longer and ones who live shorter than average
My brother in law who’s 6”7 had brain cancer but he’s still alive and kicking so we will see (not tryna be mean but we all know his cancer could come back)
Ugh i love this series. You always mention things from an angle i don't even consider!
I don't think he was trying to judge her for being overly emotional but rather for lacking assertive skills to express thode emotions in a calmer manner without attacking him
Omg YES! I didn’t think people commented on the black vs pink shorts debacle enough! I’d love for you to do Stacey’s video next!
OH THIS VIDEO CAME RIGHT AFTER I SET UP MY FOOD. I'M LOCKED IN STEPH ANYA!
If Milton listened to his intuition and gut instinct - which is just as valuable as rationale - he wouldn’t have married Lydia.
True. Think he just rushed through
He did it to prove his family wrong
@@charmaineespeut4627 so true
well they still married so 🤷🏽♀️
You’re right! I was attracted to my husband because he was himself and didn’t let anyone walk all over him. However, now in marriage, he’s super stubborn and refuses to compromise over any little thing 🙃
I love how you get to the crux of the matter, the person, the issue. Great job. Cant wait for the next one. Thank you😊
I’d love to see you reacting to love is blind Brazil! As a Brazilian I wonder if our culture plays a different role when it comes to relationships or not really, in your pov. I’ve been watching all your videos and it helped me think better about myself and my relationships in general. You make me a better person for free, thank you very much. God bless you ❤
It 100% does! As a person who is learning Brazilian Portuguese and thinking about moving to Brazil…
Milton is just adorable I do hope things work out for him!
@@sarahdelale3242I also want to hear about what was said about Lydia behind the scenes. Crazy af
Your opinions are INCREDIBLE!!!
Per usual, your observation of Milton was spot-on, in my opinion. Thank you, Stephanie.
I LOOOOVVVEEEE Milton!!!! He is the most amazing young man and I would love to be a little more like him! Lol
Love your editing. Also love how you call yourself out and are quick to rectify yourself. I would book an appointment with you for sure.
@@regularity2556 Some people have different personalities and not aggressive

Having kids really changes how you see things and want to behave ❤
for me the way lydia acted in the reunion it was what we’ve seen since the beginning, she had this moments where she starts speaking in a super slowly, super condescending way trying to act as if she is bigger person
No, she's trying to speak the best words, remember English is not her first language
SA😮😳
@@terickastidbits2342 yes sadly Tran Dang was in the pods and got engaged to Thomas Smith but it ended in Mexico and she filed a lawsuit against him. So lib didn’t show their engagement or Renee and Carters engagement journey.
I think it was because of the lawsuit. Carter acting like that would provide evidence that bad stuff happens under their watch
It’s because they found out Carter was a part of the insurrection on Jan. 6th so they decided to cut their whole storyline
@@NotACheese that’s messed up
Do Uche next. This was a very good breakdown of Milton
I was waiting for your review!!!
I haven’t watched the last two seasons of LIB (including this one), but I indulge on the reaction videos especially yours; they are much more entertaining (and more educational) to me😆. Love this breakdown and I hope this couple works out. 💙
You hit it on the nail, the most healthiest and honest take. People are so negative...we should be friends
Glad they were able to get through it
I really like your intro. I love harmonies 🥰
Awesome breakdown
Excellent commentary and review!
I was shocked to hear that Lydia and Milton are living in different cities because they looked really close in the reunion!
I think it’s because Milton went to college
I love your analysis videos. I learn so much from them
Love your analyses ! Keep it up ❤
Sometimes you watch a video for a fun analysis of reality tv but you leave with the knowledge that your ex was a computer who let his depression and stress implode your relationship
When Milton saw Lydia, he felt in love, when a man is love, they act, love do concurs all
25:37 but they always make a party with everyone from the pods to stir some drama. Usually it just takes much less time from episode.
I just realised I'm a computer type of people. And I get that it could be a defense mechanism. Thx for everything and your lebel
I would bet one hundred dollars that you have an ex you're bitter with that reminds you of Lydia. And I'm poor so that's a large bet
I really like Milton I wasn’t excited that he said yes either. But I think he really cares for Lydia especially the way he is protective of her.
I think you are seeing more cast at the party because there were more engagements filmed but at the end were not aired
The "shorts" scene wasn't what I thought was emasculating, it was when Lydia kept calling him a "baby."
It wasn't endearing, it was like a: "you're so young" as if she didn't choose a young guy.
In the swim shorts disagreement, she was going overboard. I think it was good that he established that boundary so early.
I wanted Milton to wear the black shorts but I’m just a fashion girly who loves matching with my man so I was probably projecting. His choice was definitely better for their relationship
I would love to see Uche next

Milton seems very wise
Do you find the snide comments Milton made about her English speaking concerning?
Hey Steph, I loved this episode. When you have time please make a breakdown episode of the Pixar movie Elementals
I find it surprising that people with think of lydia as too mich she actually seems really kind and sweat amd i feel like her responses were usually very normal and not over the top she only gets mad when people do stuff thats actually unreasonable other people of the so might not get as loud when angry but they get upset over nonsence and act nasty for no reason and i think those people should be considered “too much”
Please do Aliyah…the boundary confusion.
A very valid reason indeed! ;)
This is a recurring bit on media, someone wakes someone up (ex. parents waking up kids, or Lorelai Gilmore, etc.) and they don't want to wake up and they whine and their drag their feet about getting ready. Rory was home from college making microwave pasta mac and cheese, woke up her Mom. and Lorelai locked her in her room so she could get back to sleep.
But nice to meet you! We'd probably get along in the afternoons, but it sounds like we'd be terrible morning and nighttime roommates

We could all learn from Milton
22:43 i think Lydia was doing too much in that moment. She was being controlling. Im glad Milton stood up for himself
I hated the teasing
too!
So basically Milton had tiger parents that were not affectionate.
Lydia was nervous as in very nervous in the re union dear when Aaliyah again AI boy saw it and still stayed in a movie mode 😂
I don't think Milton was necessarily mature. I think it was his goal to be most matured.
