preserve mana on legendary gives +100 mana recovery speed also it works amazingly cause it reduces how much mana gets spend

yep its a nice stop gap but i feel like there is better solutions.

Mana on hit is good...if you hit multiple enemies on one strike it give you 1flat mana each very good at mapping...down side is if your fighting only 1 target or you have very little range...

i agree in groups or mapping mana on hit is solid but i try to think of every situation and if something is only good in certain situations i try to avoid it.
