Crazy Night is her second night when she becomes aware of the fact that she is repeating the same night and she keeps doing something wrong. Twilight Night is when she realizes that the letter isn't the ending but rather she needs to write an ending, but by the time she figures it out the night is over and she must wait until the next night.

Well there's a supposed sequel planned for an album. The song will be called 「Crazy ∞ nighT」 so maybe all will be revealed then when "EXIT TUNES PRESENTS Vocaloconnection" is released.
Basically the shadow was the audience. Let me explain. The letter is an invitation to the mansion which is really a performance. But so far it has always been a 'bad end night' and the girls end up dying at the end of the night(the coffins). Miku goes in and everyone is preforming 'to the script'. She sees the room with the coffins and realises they are all dead girls...
There are some explanations, you can choose which you believe. 1. It's a future Miku, crying because she saw the whole story again. 2. It's a ghost / shadow called Mayu, the leader of the whole play, and the others are the actors. Mayu spreads a letter around a town and Miku is this time the victim. But Miku is making a Happy End instead of a Bad End Night, and all the actors are killed, but Miku can leave the house. Mayu cries because she never has another show again, they're all killed by Miku
The video says Vocaloid 8 so it cant be Mayu...it might be a future Miku entrapped in the mansion for so long wanting a different ending...But we cant be sure. This is why Vocaloids are great at making stories within their songs :3 They keep us thinking~

These passed 'Main actors are the people trapped in the mansion. Miku misunderstands the meaning of the hands on the clock and use them to kill everyone. The hands are actually letter openers and should have been used to open the mysterious letter that contained the last page of the book,BAD END NIGHT. Miku turns back to normal, and crys.
Continued... When she sees that no time has passed, the girl freaks out. She stumbles upon a secret room with coffins. The doll twins, upon question as to who was in there, just smiled. The other members of the house came and surrounded her, asking her what she knew of the coffins. Breaking past them, she looks at the clock and notices the moon glint off the sharp point of the hands. Taking them, she turns on the people of the mansion. After killing the master and mistress, the girl smiles......
The letter. She forgot about the letter during all that madness. Key refers to the golden clock hands. Coffins maybe past actors. Mystery dude, one who set this up.
